I simply felt compelled to explain my only contact with Lopez Landscaping. I am not a customer of this company but instead, had work done by someone else using the same company name who has failed to finish the work started. While trying to find this individual, I happened upon the company in procedures.

The gentleman answering the phone informed me of my mistake in companies but then he did something extraordinary. Although the middle of the afternoon , he not only listened as I explained the problem I was having but he then took the time to advise me on a repair and then he explained the reasons behind the proceedures.

It is unfortunate for me that I met the first guy and hired him because based on this single contact with the company in this review, I am certain the work would have been performed with perfection. As for the gentleman answering the phone ... Sir, a genuine pleasure speaking with you. Your professionalism and empathy for a total stranger was exemplary and for that kindness, I wish you all the success you deserve. This review was my only way of expressing my true feelings for your help.

David replaced a sprinkler valve on very short notice, did great work and charged a lot less than quoted. The evening before he came out, I had water gushing from sprinklers and because my shutoff for the irrigation was not working, I had to turn the main water line off, so I was without water. He was able to come hours earlier than he said he could. These valves are NOT ones he installed, they are a 16 year old installation. I need landscaping done and would definitely consider him. Thanks again David!

David and Al have been awesome. Trimmed trees, maintained yard cleanups and even a small drought tolerant yard installed. Family owned and operated. I recently had a big makeover in my front yard and cannot say enough about the great job that David and company did for me. David was prompt and responsive from the initial estimate, through the design phase, and to the end of the job. He also took the time to follow up after to see that I was happy and if I had any questions or concerns. I'd recommend them without hesitation and would use them again on any future projects.
