They will not stand behind their product. We had two pallets of Bahia grass delivered after being guaranteed that it would be of the highest quality. After placing two top layers of sod, it was just clumps of dirt and grass. We have laid sod before so knew this was unacceptable and impossible to manage. We were referred to the owner who, after 20 minutes of trying to reach a reasonable compromise, he simply said he was not going to do anything to rectify this. Is this a business you want to trust that they will provide a quality product and ensure that their customers are satisfied? From our experience the answer is no!

Looking to do professional landscaping and re-sod yard with Zoysia. Not a place to go for customer service. Shame. Nasty, arrogant owner. Went to a Nursery in Venice and spent $16,000 on palms and zoysia sod instead. Like night and day…. So nice . I’ve lived here 20 years and just finally got a new house- you’d think a local nursery would happy to help their community. NOT HERE!!!!

Went there to get orchid supplies, I asked for advice on orchid planting supplies & the person at register was condescending and was not helpful at all. I got in my car & backed out and before I could leave, the person came out staring me down and gave me pamphlet to local orchid group. I thought encounter was very awkward and definitely won’t return again. I went down the road to different garden center and they were very knowledgeable and helpful and I purchased supplies and got my new orchids planted.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. I ordered a pallet of sod on a Thursday and it was delivered the next day. Everyone was very professional and I appreciated the speed of getting what I needed delivered.
