A very disappointing experience with Brian this year. As we were so happy with the installation of our Christmas lights last year, and the added service of storing our lights, we had to have Brian back this year. We booked the installation and Brian and his crew turned up. They began to prepare to install the lights and I left them to it. A few minutes later Brian asked me if we had gutter guards last year - we did. 10 mins later they were gone. I went outside to take a look, nothing. I thought maybe they had gone to get some supplies or lunch or an emergency. I called Brian to see where they were. He said his guy did not feel safe on such a sharp sloping roof and left (but last year it was fine?). I am not sure why Brian or the third guy couldn’t get up there, especially since Brian had been up there earlier. Sierra from the office called to say that they had passed my job on to another company. The other company called and wanted to charge me more. I said no and have heard nothing since. I don’t know what happened and now have been ghosted as they are ignoring my calls. It’s very confusing.

Brian and team were amazing at installing our very detailed and massive drainage system around our home to provide us with the peace of mind after several floods and hurricanes put our home at risk. We were trying to have our driveway replaced when all of the rain came it exposed so many issued within our yard that the driveway was hiding. We had an idea of what we needed but Brian when above and beyond our expectations and delivered and Advanced drainage system using over 400' of pipe and a HUGE sump pump buried int he back:) and tying into our entire gutter system as well. They managed to work around the other trades we had at the time and meet our time frame for completion without a hitch!!!! I highly recommend his company to anyone that will listen as we will no longer have to stress about our home being damaged by water. Brian knows his stuff!

TLDR: This is the second time that I have used Advanced Lawn Technologies, and both times they have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. If you are looking for a landscaping company for your project, you won't regret hiring Advanced Lawn Technologies.

Several years ago, I had the fine folks at Advanced Lawn Technologies install an irrigation system in my yard. This system has been working flawlessly ever since—like a reliable friend who shows up at just the right time with snacks (in this case, water for my lawn).

However, recently Mother Nature decided to spice things up with a torrential downpour that transformed my backyard into what I can only describe as a small recreational lake. No fish, just soggy grass. I tried everything short of sacrificing my favorite garden gnome to get rid of the water, but the flood persisted.

That's when I called in the cavalry: Advanced Lawn Technologies. They had worked their magic before, so I figured they could do it again. They sent out Brian, who just so happened to be the same legend who installed my system all those years ago. It's like getting the same trusty mechanic every time you go to the shop—except Brian works with grass, not cars.

After some investigative chatting about the system (and me mentioning a mysterious pump that, turns out, I must have dreamed up), Brian went into full Sherlock Holmes mode. Within minutes of poking around the yard like an irrigation detective, he found not one, but TWO hidden "pop-up valves" buried under the sod. These sneaky little guys were the culprits, and in no time, Brian cleared them out, and the floodwaters began their epic journey to the street. Cue the hallelujah chorus.

Brian not only knows his stuff, but he’s thorough, patient, and a true professional. He didn’t rush through anything, even when I was hovering around like a nervous yard-parent. The whole experience was so smooth, it felt like we were just two pals solving the mystery of the hidden valves.

Advanced Lawn Technology is awesome! This local, family-owned landscaping business has been providing outstanding routine lawn & shrub maintenance service for our home in Eagle Harbor for almost a year now. We have been nothing but absolutely pleased with their very consistent and excellent work. The lawn and shrubbery always look amazing once they do their weekly ‘magic.’

To us, an impressive noteworthy feature of the ‘services’ they provides is their state of the art billing process which makes things simple for the customer - online, basically two to three clicks once you login, very quick, clean and done. Not to mention, they are very reasonably and competitively priced, and they have a nice looking fleet of marked trucks/trailers, and modern lawn equipment which is also very clean and well-maintained.

Advanced Lawn Technology recently performed a top-notch mulch job to increase our ‘curb appeal’ to prep our home to go on the market. The owner willingly went above & beyond, and out of his way to help us find a great fence installer when we needed a recommendation.

Ultimately they are what I consider awesome world-class, caring, customer-focused service company on all fronts!

Sadly, we are moving out of state, but wish we could pack the ALT team up and take you with us. For anyone in the northeast Florida area in need of a reliable, professional ‘do it all’ landscaping contractor - one that consistently and effectively does things the right way, while taking pride in their work (a rarity in this day and age], I highly recommend Brian & Cierra Clark ad their team of professionals at Advanced Lawn Technology! We hired Advanced Lawn Technology to do a paver patio project that included the relocation of four palm trees. The whole project took about a week because weather related delays, but all in all was completed on schedule. We love our patio and will contact them without hesitation for any future projects.
