I used this company on 2 separate occasions. 1 to replace my current irrigation timer and 1 to replace my front lawn’s sod. Below are the pictures on the sod a few months after it was installed. I attempted to contact The owner of this company several times and receive no response. The owner had given me a one year warranty on the sod and now all the sod has to be replaced. This will end up costing me over $5000 to have the bad sod removed, treated and new sod put in in its place In addition, I had trustingly allowed this owner to have direct access to the Smart programming of my irrigation system. For some reason, after I had called with complaints, he programmed my watering system to water over an hour a day every day driving my water bill up over $1000. I thought it was a technical error so I changed it. After I changed it the entire system was again reprogrammed without my consent or knowledge. I contacted the manufacturer and they advised me to log into the system to see who’s ID had changed my watering programming. Low and behold it was Jeff Eicher, the owner of this company. After I removed him as a user all the problems stopped happening. I contacted my attorney to see if there was something I could do about this and after research he has found that Mr. Eicher not only does not have a Florida irrigation contractors license and has been cited on one occasion for operating without a license. This was after a complaint from a another client of his that was unsatisfied work. My attorney is moving forward to file a complaint with the pinellas County contractor licensing department regarding my issues. I would strongly suggest that prior to you hiring this contractor to check his credentials to make sure he is license before you allow him to work on your property.

An absolute pleasure working with Jeff/Advanced Landscape. Was referred via nextdoor and he lived up to his stellar reputation. Just needed to get additional sprinklers added in the backyard and he gave excellent recommendations and was conscious of my budget. Returned as promised to get the sprinklers, and went over and beyond - by checking the entire system!
He’s a rockstar! Highly recommend.

Hands down 5 out of 5 stars! We were dealing with a very unprofessional company before getting referred to Jeff and let me tell you he was a God send. Very punctual and extremely knowledgeable. Revamped our whole sprinkler system in a couple hours at a great price. He’s also very personable which is great when you’re pestering him with questions while he’s trying to work. Definitely gonna be calling again when we need more work.

Jeff is an awesome guy who is personable and professional with great rates. We’ve had him come out three times now to reposition sprinklers, help us with our pump, and help us with our timer. He was able to come on short notice when we had an issue the night we laid sod down — if he hadn’t made us a priority, I’d be sitting out in my lawn with a hose for an hour a day.

I called Jeff after getting recommendations from other people in the area. We just moved into our home and I wanted to make sure the system was working properly. He installed an electric timer for the sprinklers and repaired what wasnt working. I was very happy with his work. His prices are very reasonable and he is very friendly and easy to deal with.

Very honest! The repair to my sprinkler system was less work than expected (Jeff was able to find the broken pipe underground instead of installing a new one), and my final bill was less than the original quote. Jeff was very professional and an overall nice guy.

Jeff is very friendly and kind. He is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that your irrigation system is installed in a professional manner. He kept all appointments and when he said that he would come to work he did. He was easy to be around and I would recommend him to anyone that has irrigation needs...
