Beware when buying anything online from this store. I purchased a brand new Weber grill (full price) and since I am an Ace Hardware rewards member I was eligible for a free assembly. I picked it up late and when I got home, I realized that it was not a new grill, but the floor model. The grill was covered in dust and when you remove the sales material, the stainless steel is discolored where the stickers had been on it for so long. I called the manager and he said that’s just what they do and there was no recourse other than returning the grill. We live 25 miles away and are having a get together tonight. Beware this is not a good store. I am a long time Ace Hardware loyal customer and have not experienced this at any other Ace hardware before.

The actual store and selection are nice, but the staff is really rude. Asking for help seems like an inconvenience. Cashiers are standoffish. Visited this location multiple times since it’s closer, but I’d rather drive out to the Ace all the way in Lynn Haven. Maybe these staff members should visit that one for training and take notes on basic kindness and customer service.

This is an excellent hardware store. This hardware store has stepped it up to fill the void of the local's favorite Boyette and Casey Hardware since they closed due to hurricane Michael.

I live in the St. Andrews area, and it takes about 15-20 minutes to drive to this location with the summer traffic. I enjoy visiting this well-organized and clean store and purchasing what I need for home projects and gardening supplies. I particularly like the selection of discs for disc golf, the grilling area, and the garden sections. The team members are attentive, helpful, and willing to stop and listen to what you are searching for. This Ace location may be family-owned or managed by a family, but I am not sure; regardless, they are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I really enjoy this store. Sometimes, I don't buy anything; I walk around and soak in the environment.

Me an bf bought Stihl weed eater from here on 8.24.24. Next day became homeless and had to get moved into tiny apartment, now no yard. It's been 9 days an tried to return it( nothing wrong with it) have receipt an everything. My life is a mess an really needed the money back. I have no yard. Would not give me a refund, no hart.

Awesome staff, very friendly and helpful, prices can be a little high, but it sure beats having to drive all the way across town!!!
