Accretive Law initially helped us with an investment in a large R/V storage facility in the Front Range. Over the years, Daryl and the firm facilitated a number of changes in equity ownership of our LLC. Most recently, they skillfully handled our sale of the property. We really appreciated Daryl’s understanding and handling of the real estate, limited liability company and tax aspects of the deal. I also enjoyed dealing with Daryl on a couple of real estate joint ventures in Aspen where I was an investor and Daryl was counsel for the developers.
