First time I went here, the guy that drives the tractor and loads peoples trailers broke my light on my truck. Jon refused to do anything about it. Second time I went here Jon assured me that I needed 8 yards of rock for the project I was doing. He told me it would be delivered the following morning. I waited around until about 2:30 pm before finally calling and asking where the driver was. He said he would call and find out. He called me back 2 hours later just to tell me that he is not able to make my delivery. I waited around all day for nothing. He assured me that the delivery would happen the
following day first thing in the morning. I waited around until about 11:00 before calling again and asking where the driver was. He told me he could not make the delivery happen for me and had no answers as to why. Never once communicated with me about anything. I always had to call myself. I then made the decision to make other arrangements to complete my project. I am glad I did this because I ended up getting the same load and delivered for half of their price. I will never shop here again. Would not recommend.

Was told they had sand for sandbags, but only sell by yard! $30.00 for 1/2 yard & told they would fill bags for me!! Went to Lowe's $ 5.50 for 50 lb. Bag!!

The people in the 45th st office were very helpful and nice; however, we were quoted for WAY more gravel than we actually needed. We gave them our square footage and they assured as we needed 10 yards. After we filled the areas we intended on filling with gravel, we were left with far more than half of what we started with which we had to spend an entire day relocating to our back yard. When we called to see if they had made a mistake, we were told that our math was probably wrong (the square footage of an octagon and 2 rectangles -- pretty simple) and that they would not take back any gravel. We could have spent half the money and done half the work that we ended up actually doing. Very unprofessional and definitely trying to milk every dollar out of the customer. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Customer service is decent... Delivery driver did a no call no show, our delivery time was 430 so by the time we decided to call to see how long the delivery will be it was after hours and we couldn't get a hold of anyone in the office. No one from the office bothered to call use about rescheduling our delivery I had to reach out to them.

this company is unprofessional and very slow i order grasses from this company and it never came. all they had was excuses and no results, then they give me a hard time to return the money. i had to tell them i would get the police and my lawyer involved then they returned the money. please save your self some time this company sucks.

The business is new in the neighborhood and is awesome! They have a huge variety of plants and have tons of palm trees for reasonable prices! $5 plants and $99 sod! Can't beat that!

The young woman is very nice and informative. I was relieved to get everything I needed at one store!
