I had heard great things about Greenskeeper and am so frustrated and disappointed with this business. To begin with, something as minor as leaving a bill for services performed required a call. Paper bills would be left in the slat of our side door and wouldn't be seen or would blow away. (We have a front door and porch). Most importantly, the concentration of chemicals, or overuse of them, caused severe brown patches and burns all over our lawn. (see pics) They were defensive and had zero interest in helping customer resolve issue. The solution was simply to upsell. Overall, very unhappy and would not recommend.

Contracted with Greenlawn in 2022 based on outstanding reviews from Checkbook. Lawn was orange and had lots of crabgrass and weeds even with repeat treatments. Therefore, we called and stated we were not going to pay for 2 of the treatments because lawn was terrible. Dan S stated the 2 treatment costs would be credited. Only one treatment cost was credited. Now Greenskeeper has reported us to a collection agency and we are getting harassed by their collection agency. We have tried to resolve the issue via the collection agency and Greenskeeper and they both refuse to dismiss the debt and are intent on harassing us for a lousy $279. Complaints are filed with the federal Consumer Protection Finance Board and the PA attorney general.

Greenskeeper is a great lawn care service. We always had issues with our grass rotting and with weeds prior to using them. We have had gorgeous green grass since using their services over the last several years. They always deliver great results and attend to our requests efficiently. Highly recommend them!

My previous lawn care service company never took the time to explain their plan to make my lawn look better, but Sean is always available to talk about what needs to be done. I look forward to a much thicker and greener lawn over time with Greenskeeper making it happen!
