Nice store for high-end mountain home accessories such as hot tubs, fireplaces, saunas, furniture, and other home decor items. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking lot is long and narrow. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.

Great customer service and support. Mary, the salesperson, took the time to text and email me after the setup of my spa to make sure I wasn't overwhelmed. Which I was. But with her help and support from Mountain Home Center I feel at ease. I love my spa:)

We recently purchased a hot springs hot tub from MHC with many features that aren’t even mentioned in the owners manual. Sam Marsh came out and gave us a very in depth user tutorial, showing us how to clean and maintain our hot tub in the best ways to ensure it will last at least 20 years. He showed us all the special features and explained in easy to follow steps. We really appreciated the extra time and thoughtful guidance Sam gave us. He provided us with top notch customer service all around! Thank you Sam!!

After many in our mountain community recommended Mountain Home Center, we purchased our very first Hot Springs hot tub. From show room, where Mary expertly walked us through options, pricing and choices to a pre delivery visit by Sam Marsh making sure our access and space were well matched with the hot tub we chose, to a smooth, on time, professional delivery team we have had nothing but a stellar experience.

The cherry on top is the personal visit from Wellness Manager, Sam Marsh, C.P.S.O. to our home walking us through every aspect of the care and maintenance of our new spa insuring we will get the most benefit from our new spa. All with a smile and kind words of encouragement.

Our golden retriever loved Sam, too! Thank you one and all for such a stellar experience. We are so grateful.

We purchased our hot springs spa in 2016 from MHC and I recently reached to Sam at MHC with some concerns about our hot tub cover due to big dogs jumping on it. I hoped we wouldn't need a new cover (it was only 2 years old) and Sam offered to come over and check it out in person. Fortunately he told us the cover was ok it was just a bit dented and he took the time to give us suggestions to improve the longevity of it. He also gave us a snoshark snow hoe to keep the snow off the cover. We highly recommend Sam and Mountain Home Center - so glad we purchased the spa locally and have enjoyed many years of fantastic customer service from the MHC team.

Reece and Mason did an excellent job installing and setting our new stove. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They even cleaned the glass on the old stove for me so we could sell it. This is our second stove from Mountain Home Center and we are very happy with the sales and service!

I was having issues with my sauna I bought from Mountain Home and Scott went above and beyond to daignose and fix the problem. He sent a tech (James) who had enclopedic knoweldge of my sauna heater. Top notch customer service. I will be a repeat customer.
