My experience with Paz Landscape and Concrete was amazing from beginning to end. We started out with a very specific vision of how we wanted our front yard done. Fred, the owner, and his crew fulfilled that vision. Fred was great at communicating throughout the entire process to ensure that everything was customized to our liking. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for beautiful concrete work and landscaping services. We are thrilled with how it turned out, especially the lighting scheme and drought tolerant slow drip watering system. I would give more stars if I could.

I was referred to Fred (Paz Landscape) via my brother whom they did a stellar job for. Fred gave a competitive bid for front and backyard landscaping for a new construction home. Fred assisted me with the design and was patient as I awaited the HOA approval. Once approved Fred and crew stuck to the timeline we’d agreed upon and Fred was very knowledgeable with suggestions along the way as he’s been in the business for a long time. I was very happy with the finished product.

This is the second time I have worked with Fred. I took a chance on him years prior when tree roots had uprooted my original concrete in my backyard. Since then, the concrete has held up so well over the years and I have received multiple compliments on the concrete durability from other landscapers, I decided to contact him again.

This second time, I wanted to clean up my yard because of fighting constant weeds, drainage issues causing flooding and and to clean up the unsightly/unusable space that was a maintenance nightmare (see before/after photos). Fred took the time to hear my concerns and went above and beyond what I could imagine my yard to look. He was very patient in answering my many questions and what I appreciated most was that he prides himself on ensuring that not only is the job done, but done with a sense of design, functionality, and for me--budget in mind.

I can tell Fred can visualize possibilities in the use of my yard space with prior experience and definitely knows his stuff if you ask him. He provided me multiple options along with pros/cons of using certain material and I found him very responsive to my many concerns and demands. He was very cognizant of my drainage concerns and finished just in time when it poured rain a few weeks later with no more issues whatsoever.

Fred is also fun to work with and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. The project came out far better than I had expected and stepping foot into the yard is a completely different experience! Thanks Fred!

I was referred to Fred at Paz Landscape through family that had their landscaping done and I had really liked the finished product. Our project was a tad bigger and would require more time and patience so I wanted to make sure we chose the right person for the job, we're glad we went with Fred. He communicated well, understood what we wanted, gave us options, and would throw out ideas for different things such as concrete stamping and designs. At the end of the few months of work we were extremely satisfied with everything, from the demo process to the finished look. The pictures speak for themselves.

Another thing I appreciated was that Fred and his team was at my home every day from the day they started the job until they finished—unlike some contractors who start the job and disappear for days on end!

We hired Paz Landscaping & Concrete for a back yard project. We are on a one-acre lot that had nothing but red bark coving the entire yard and hill side. I don't know that much about landscaping, but we had a basic idea on what we wanted to do. We explained to them what we wanted and that we are open for suggestions on what to do. They came up with plans that exceeded our expectations. The plans were accepted by our Four Seasons HOA landscape committee the first time we submitted them. They were also willing to travel to Hemet which we found most landscape companies were not willing to do.
Albert and Fred Paz are great to work with and always showed up every day throughout the project. Their employees are also great to work with and very polite. They were open to last minute changes and charged a very fair price. They were also easy to contact and always returned calls and text messages.
I highly recommend Paz Landscaping & Concrete.
