Top Notch Service from Top Notch Landscapes!

We couldn’t be happier with the incredible work Tyler and his team at Top Notch Landscapes did for our property! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to transform our yard.

We were dealing with a frustrating erosion issue due to poor drainage from our gutters, and Tyler came in with a clear, effective plan to fix it. They installed buried downspouts all around the perimeter of our home, and the difference it has made is night and day—no more erosion and washed-out soil!
But they didn’t stop there. They laid down new sod in the previously eroded area, refreshed all of our beds with new mulch, and even created two stunning creek bed features that not only helps with drainage but looks amazing.

We’re incredibly grateful for the care and attention to detail that Tyler and his crew put into every part of the project. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise with such friendly, responsive service. I highly recommend Top Notch Landscapes—they truly live up to their name!

Tyler and his team did a fantastic job transforming our backyard! They moved our gate to make our yard more accessible, tore down a structure we had no use for, and overall made our yard a space we want to spend time in! We had a complete re-do of our backyard given our drainage issues, as well as not having usable space for our kids and adults alike. After meeting with several companies, we felt extremely comfortable with Tyler as he offered many ideas and options, but never was pushy. Top Notch Landscapes truly executed our vision. We had a massive project with creating a level backyard from an overgrown steep slope! Tyler and the crew were amazing to work with. Tyler provided multiple options/proposals, suggestions, and transparency throughout the project. Chavez and the crew worked efficiently and the work site was cleaned on a daily basis. We had to make a few modifications and timing was extended due to the large scale of this project + weather. The project consisted of a retaining wall, tons of fill dirt/gravel, grading, fencing, artificial turf, and a ~500 sqft patio. There was a ton of work at a great price.

Overall, I recommend Top Notch Landscapes for any landscaping needs. Our new backyard is dreamy and we're all excited for many memories in our new space!

I did a google search 6/24 looking for help with my backyard. Out of three landscaping companies Tyler with Top Notch Landscapes was the most informative most professional, so we decided to go with Tyler. After going through the process of getting permits with the county Tyler and his awesome crew started the work. We are so pleased with the outstanding work that was completed. From a backyard that was unusable and after Top Notch it’s a beautiful masterpiece. Best contractor I have ever used.
