Stopped to buy the nursery today for the first time. Francisco was so much help with picking out trees. We bought six Silver Sheen trees. Great prices and knowledgeable, customer service!

INSECT INFESTATION OF BIBLICAL PROPORTIONS. Bought over $1k worth of trees and shrubs. Most pots were filled with ANT COLONIES (queen plus thousands of eggs and ants), SCALES, MANURE WORMS, and EARWIGS. They acknowledged the problem, refused returns/refund, offered pesticides. We applied variety of pesticides but unless applied daily the insects quickly multiply, taking over healthy plants in the neighborhood, and killing plants within days. Even after burning all of their plants and disposing of the hay/manure mix the plants came in (they do not use soil like other nurseries we deal with) it was too costly to manage the infestation so we chose to move. We have extensive photo and video documentation of the infestation and other problems (fungus) so if somebody is suing these people I can contribute my evidence and testimony.

Went to this nursery today, first thing I noticed that the whole nursery looks so clean , rare to see a nursery this organized , staff are so nice , they have good prices and great inventory. Will be back for more plants
