You have to make a trip to the site to make sure it’s open before loading your truck if you don’t want to end up driving around with garbage day after day. CRV (bottles and cans) are now accepted at Quincy Recycle at the end of Mill Creek Rd. If have cans, donate them to the Grange #440 and if they give you a hard time about donating to a local grange remind them their business depended on the community. And we should try to buy less packaging and do more home cooking and shopping at second hand shops. Thanks!

Waste Management is possibly the worst public service agency I’ve ever had to deal with. The drivers are lazy, they tell their dispatchers that the customers cans are not out when they are. They miss pickups and lie about why they didn’t complete service. They are told to return and complete service and they never come back even after MULTIPLE calls. If you have another choice for waste pickup ( we don’t in our area and they know it), choose the other option!!!

Short lines are a plus, being told just to dump my recycling with the rest of my trash is odd as most people recycle for obvious reasons.
Assuming they have a transportation or storage issue for recycled goods as half the time, bins are full( going on different days does not help). Decent enough otherwise. 4 stars for garbage, 1 star for recycling.

It would be nice if they would stick to a schedule. Closed on Saturday and Sunday, seriously? Today when I checked the web site it says open Monday at 8am.....huh? Monday is the 4th of July they won't be open Monday. You guys need to stay on top of your web site to keep things current
