The Santos crew is simply incredible. No matter how big or small the project, they get in there, get things bagged up & hauled away. We tested the limits of their capabilities recently in removing 17 tons of items out of one of our listings. They managed to get this HUGE project handled in less than a week! 5 Star & then some!

We hired Miguel & his crew to empty my dad’s garage, which was filled with 50-years worth of tools, debris, chemicals, wires, parts of all kinds, items we didn’t even know what they were ! A real fire hazard . Miguel was very communicative and clear about scheduling & pricing. The crew arrived on time and immediately started loading the truck- it was a complete mess but it did not slow them down one bit. Miguel hauled away over 5 tons! Then, he offered to power-wash and clean the empty garage. A true professional. And, he was very patient with my elderly mom .
My family was very pleased (and relieved) with the results.

We had an overall very good experience with this company. from beginning to end. We received a quote and had the work scheduled when we were ready. Miguel was very responsive to any inquiries I had about the project along the way. Our backyard initially had stubborn weeds that grew rapidly despite regular maintenance (as depicted in the attached photos). Miguel and his crew removed the weeds, placed a fabric barrier and filled the area with mulch. They also placed some iron yard decorations and solar lights for us as well. We are very pleased with the results and our backyard looks sleek, tidy and ready to enjoy! The crew worked hard and completed the job in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend Santos Hauling & Landscaping company, and we certainly plan on using them again when needed.

We had Miguel & his crew clear out our overgrown backyard & removed the neighbors bamboo that came up on our property. They arrived promptly at the agreed upon time & did an outstanding job. We also had him out again to trim a tree. Miguel is very knowledgeable & has given us great advice on questions we had regarding our plants & trees. Miguel and his crew did an awesome job with our backyard area which required the removal of overgrown trees, folliage and soil, cleaning, replacing concrete floors, and replacing all the fencing. They were so quick and efficient. The next project they will be doing is painting and repairing the entire backside of the house... we know it's going to look great when it's all done!
