This place is amazing for online retail, no idea about in person. If their online experience reflects anything though, I’m sure they’re great there too. They ship within a week of you ordering, send plants in a VERY secure package, and pack happy and healthy plants 🙂 I’ve bought a Blizzard Aloe and a Christmas Sleigh Aloe, both had a gorgeous mom with at least 5 healthy pups with their own root systems packed in each container. No pests or signs of disease on the plants at all. I already unpacked the blizzard, second pic is of the packed Christmas sleigh. Highly recommend for your plants 🙂

I bought bulk succulents and potted them in ceramic pots for keepsakes for my mother’s celebration of life service. I had written & shared during the services an analogy about nurturing your relationships like you do plants. The succulents arrived on time (early actually), they were beautiful, and very healthy. Such perfect plants! Such great customer service! And the packaging? Mountain Crest Gardens sends the plants from their greenhouses, packed as if they're the Crown Jewels! Follow-up questions (which I had) were answered completely and quickly! I loved this experience and hope my plants will love the care I give them too!

An overall good experience! The plants are all in good shape. I love the prices and the fact that they ship in pots. But, because they ship in pots, extra care needs to taken in packing so that the soil doesn’t go everywhere. Some kind of wrapping right on top of the soil to keep it in place would be great.

Amazing selection with great pricing! My first order arrived timely and very well packed. All of my succulents were healthy and intact, very nice specimens. Looking forward to ordering more. Oh, and give the mystery plants a chance!! They were also a great variety!

My very first order and experience with Mountain Crest Gardens. As you can see one arrived with the top snapped off and the Jelly Bean succulent is dying with black marks all over it. I emailed customer service way overpriced for what I received.

I came across Mountain Crest Gardens by chance looking to try a new succulent nursery. I was pleasantly surprised with how healthy, grown, and beautiful these succulents are. I received approximately 23 varieties. The box was packed full of a vast variety of succulents in all different shapes and color variations.

The packing was heavily layered with all plants sturdy and not shifted.

I will be sure to order from Mountain Crest Gardens again in the near future!

Absolutely beautiful, healthy succulents! I was thrilled to get my order in only a few days— packed and shipped with care! They were in excellent shape, arrived in Rhode Island colder weather. Very exciting selection and I’m eager to watch my new plant babies grow!
