I have been ordering flowers in Brentwood for the last 20 years, always looking for the best service. I order my Mother-in-law flowers for different holidays. This was the first time I had tried Petals and I am so glad that I did. She loved the flowers, she always does, but these were just stunning (she said) and lasted for 2 weeks! I am very thankful to have found a flower delivery company that I can support and that can perfectly fill my order. Best Florist I have EVER ordered flowers from, hands down!!

So I am not a flower person (I am picky though), but my Mom is. Since 2006, I have been ordering my Mom flowers through various florist, sight unseen. Many experiences have not gone well, and I have to ask my Mom for photos of the arrangement each time.

I have also dealt with the 'top' local florists, such as Ribbons and Roses. Not at all impressed.

I have used Petals twice and both experiences have been excellent. They have set the bar high. Both arrangements I have ordered took my breath away.....and made my Mom's day, which was the goal of course.

When my Mom's dog passed, I called Ribbons and Roses, as my sister (local) recommended them. They did not answer the phone (ended up taking two days to call back).

I needed the arrangement delivered to my Mom like next day or within two days of placing the order, so I kept calling local florists, none of which answered their phones, until I called Petals and spoke with Moe, who I believe is the owner.

For my first arrangement, Moe took the time to help me in creating a custom arrangement for my Mom based on what I thought she would like. Again, I am not a flower person, so I was telling Moe colors more than anything else lol. Anyway, the arrangement was better than I could have ever expected and for the first time, I did not have to ask my Mom for a photo, she just sent one, as she was THAT blown away by the arrangement. In 18 years of buying flowers, I have never been that impressed by the customer service + the arrangement.

I was kind of panicking about the arrangement being delivered since my Mom is a real active senior and I did not want the arrangement sitting outside and Moe was kind enough to deliver it herself and text me once it was delivered. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate her and how annoying I probably was trying to time it with my Mom's activities and still trying to keep it a surprise.

For the second arrangement, I had my assistant look on the Petals website and then she called Moe and requested to customize one of the arrangements on the website a bit. Once again, Moe made the most beautiful arrangement and took the time to add special details to the arrangement.

For now being a flower person (sorry), I was once again blown away by the attention to detail, the ability to put together such a beautiful arrangement and most of all, the customer service.

Petals has and will continue to have my business. While I am not local, I have family who is, and will continue to recommend Petals to everyone. My Mom has said the same and coming from the biggest flower person I have ever met, that says a lot.

I walked into this beautiful store last week, & OMG it is stunning! The details in the owners decor is gorgeous, there is a huge back space to rent & hold space for your events. (Email her, to book) & not to mention her customer service! Unfortunately, I was with my sped student when he accidentally bumped into a flower vase and broke it. She immediately helped clean up & reassured me that it was ok. We’ve been out in the community with our Sped class, and the way she received us was so different. Loved that they called me almost immediately after placing an on-line order to ask me if it was okay that they substitute with a different vase - even though it was before they’d even opened for the day. My bouquet was delivered within hours.. will use them again

I used Petals for my Mother's funeral service recently. I couldn't have been happier. The flowers were gorgeous, and were delivered on time at the church on the day of the service. I chose Petals because a friend purchased flowers from Petals for my brother's funeral in 2022 and they were absolutely beautiful. I will definitely use Petals for all flower purchases in the future.
