So unprofessional.
Usually, to gain business, owner or whoever answers phone, would be friendly or at least not threatening lol
Why would he answer the phone so aggressively
Like I get it that not everyone can have a separate business phone line but really, I was so taken aback by the “who’s this?!?” Then the follow up text because he hung up on me.
And then no acknowledgment of his rudeness.
He did try and set up appt but having a crazy gardener is just not something I want to deal with
