This review is for the boutique that sells home goods...

We purchased this couch during their Christmas market. The staff was friendly and helpful. They also have a great selection of trendy decor items.

It's one of the better stores of this variety in the Flathead Valley. We'd buy from them again :).

Some of the coolest trees I have seen! They had a huge selection and the plants were healthy and three times the size of other nurseries at half the cost! They had everything I was looking for and Jeremy explained the whole process on how to keep my zone 5 trees alive through the winter.

We have undertaken a large landscaping project this year, and have found an extremely valuable resource in Jeremy at Hooper’s. Throughout the multiple iterations of our plan, Jeremy worked patiently with us in helping determine the best plants for our location, how to take care of them and suggested alternatives to some of our ideas. Not only was Jeremy a wealth of knowledge, but he was always humble and if he didn’t know the answer to something, he researched it thoroughly and quickly provided us with useful information. On several occasions, Jeremy made himself available to meet with us outside of normal business hours, as to not take away from his job responsibilities.
We couldn’t be happier with the time and support Jeremy gave us over these past few months. He is an incredible asset to Hooper’s!

Highly recommend Hooper’s Nursery for your plants and shrubs. We were a little lost on what to plant and were hoping to get a little guidance. What we got was so much more! Jeremy was able to share exactly what would grow well and where, and took the time to provide many suggestions. He also has been fantastic (and patient!!) with follow up questions. If you need shrubs or plants, stop looking elsewhere and just go here!

This is a great nursery. They have a large selection of annuals and perennials for a good price. I have not looked at the trees yet. They also carry fertilizers, indoor gardening supplies, pots, and have a small section of gardening themed gifts. I am so happy it is down the road from me.

I needed about a half a dozen shrubs to put in a special landscape area. The first person to quickly come out in the rain and ask if I needed any help was Jeremy. I don't know if I just got lucky or if everyone there is as helpful, knowledgeable and patient but Jeremy was amazing. Very detailed information about what to expect from each shrub... color, size, pruning, deer resistance, sun tolerance, planting advice, etc. On top of that, he has a real eye for layout and placement based on all the criteria he gleaned from my pictures and input. He will definitely be my go-to guy. Hooper's for the win!

Beyond horrible customer service.
Called over a week ago to get a gift card for Mothers Day (I live in a different town). After a few days of waiting, I called back to check. Talked to a lady who said she’d check and call me back. She never called me back, but there was a charge on my account the next day. Had she actually called me back (and admitted they forgot to send it) like she said she would, I would have just had her mail it directly to my mother in law.
I call again today (at this point it’s been a week and a half since I ordered it) and once again I talk to another person that has no idea what’s going on. He verified my shipping address and said he’d call me back. He calls back and said that they never mailed it, they had it there for pickup. What a joke! At this point I’ve told three different people it was to be mailed (and they even verified my address!!).
I also asked to speak to a manager or owner and was told neither were there. I called back 20 minutes later and the owner answered the phone, telling me that he had been there the whole time, he had just been watering flowers.
I hate being lied to by a company, which seems to be the go to for employees here.
Thank you for ruining Mother’s Day, Hoopers.

Update: it has been over two weeks since I’ve ordered it, and she has still not received it. It was the OWNER who said he’d personally mail it. They never answer their phone when I call, and their voicemail box is ALWAYS full. Frustrating.
Mother in law drove there today, where they claimed they have no record of it whatsoever!!?! They issued her a new one, but come on, get it together already. Will never purchase another gift card from them.
