I've always had good service with Les Schwab. However it is clear that they want everyone out at closing time. I felt rushed out at closing time even though I was a customer looking to spend money with their store. They should be willing to spend time even if it's a little after closing to make a sale and leave the customer with a comfortable feeling.

Well I guess that is why the store in yucaipa ca.
Is not doing well.
I called and spoke to Christi the day before and toll her I need two trailer tire f oi R my travel trailer she told me they had them and told her I would be in the next day.
Upon arriving was told to turned around and come in the other way to the truck service area.
Which I did.
Then I walked to the front of the store to pay .
A guy named MATT came to the counter and d iui don't even look up or say hi can I help you.
I told him I had talked to christi the day before he said what are you wanting
I told him the tire size and that I wanted to make sure the DOT DATES are good.
He said he the tires .
I paid for them and received my receipt.
He MATT took a copy of the receipt and and walked away to a door that went to the truck service area. He then went about h oi a job .
Never saying thank you or KMA .
THIS IS REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ?
But I will say Robert the kid who did the tires was A ONE.
Explained what he was doing and finished the job and said thanks for stopping.
Maybe MATT DOESN'T LIKE PEOPLE WHO WARE COWBOY HATS.
OR MAYBE THE FACT THAT IM FROM SO CAL.
ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING.
I KNOW FROM WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC FOR 35 YRS THE CUSTOMER IS 99.9 PERCENT OF THE RIGHT.
I KNOW THIS WILL FALL ON DEAF EARS

Horrible service on batteries, I had one not work in my vehicle after about a year and they made it sound like it was my fault.
The warranty clearly states that they will replace it if it fails, it did and they didn't want to replace it excuse after excuse that it was something wrong with the vehicle.
Gridley CA les Schwab I will never go back managers are horrible there.

I had a huge screw in my tire, so my brother recommended Les Schwab. I am in Live Oak, but I drove to Gridley. I'm so glad I went there, it was nice and clean, with tables, a TV, and a popcorn machine to entertain you while waiting for your service. It was busy and took a moment understandably, then the guy came out and said you all set and your ready to go. I went to pay and he said no you're all set. I will definitely be back to this place for the great service.
