Staff are knowledgeable and courteous. A great place to shop for your landscaping project.

Marty is the man! His knowledge of plants is extensive. Over time Marty has given me great advice on gardening and I am so grateful. I located the section with the plants I wanted but none of the varieties were labeled (I searched them all!) except one that had two stakes in it, each with a different name. I telephoned to ask if there was someone who could help me identify them and was immediately told "No." Not "I'm sorry, there is no one available" or perhaps "bring them down to the office and we'll try." Just "NO." I was then informed that there are only two people in the place, it is a wholesale nursery and "we are not here to hold your hand." I was there on behalf of my landscaper (one of their wholesale clients) to acquire the last few dozen plants for a project, but that did not happen - could not happen. I understand short staffing but that does not warrant rudeness. Know that if you can't identify the variety you want from the many UNlabeled and MISlabeled containers, you will not get any help from these people, and there are other nurseries with great plants and helpful, friendly staff.

Perhaps the most complete nursery in North County. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, but they need to provide more help out on the grounds since many plants are unmarked. Great prices too.

Large selection and great prices, but you need to know how to recognize the exact variety of the plants you are looking for. There are more varieties on the lot than in the availability posted on their web site. Some plants are labeled, but many are not. Also, sometimes signs fall down and get moved or a customer will buy the pot holding the sign putting it in a new pot that may or not hold that same hybrid. I recommend studying the leaves and/or blossoms of your plants so you can positively identify them without relying on signs or tags.

They have a fantastic assortment of very healthy plants and trees.
The girls at the front desk are super helpful and very kind.
I had purchased four trees for delivery...
The gentleman that delivered the trees was the nicest guy, but there was a mix-up in the delivery on this particular Saturday.
The delivery driver was super kind-hearted and said I will take care of it. I'll get back to the nursery and get the tree you actually ordered and take the one you didn't back.
We did call the front office on Saturday morning and the fellow that answered was probably the rudest person I've talked to in a very long time.
Whoever he was, whatever his problem was, he almost ruined a fantastic day of us getting our beautiful trees...
Great lesson... I never let the crummy 1% ruin my day or any of my experiences.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with their one of the worst customer service reps at Briggs. (Brown hair and bushy beard)

From the moment I walked into the shop it was an absolute nightmare. The rep seemed completely disinterested in helping, and his attitude was dismissive at best. It felt like he was doing me a favor by acknowledging my presence. I had a few questions and the guy at the account didn’t want a thing to do with me as he acted like I was inconvenience by simply just being there. Remind you I was the only customer there. No greeting or nothing. I asked if there is any way I could get a little help so I could look at their palm selection. Guy behind the desk said no sorry we don’t move or touch plants…. I told him that the palms were bunch together along with a bobcat in front of them. There was absolutely no way for me to view them. He told me I could move them myself, but they were 24 inch boxes that were over a 100lbs so it wouldn’t have been impossible. To make matters worse, the representative was unhelpful and seemed to lack any basic knowledge about their own palms or policies. It was a frustrating and infuriating ordeal that left me questioning why I even bothered trying to seek assistance in the first place. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I wouldn't wish this level of service on my worst enemy.

I phoned days before and was told that they had a electric cart to use since I'm handicapped. I completed the "Cash Application" and brought it in since we're a licensed company. There were 2 females and 1 male in the office when we arrived. They stated I couldn't use their cart. I informed them I was told that and it was non acceptable. They couldn't of cared less.
They gave us a copy of their 1 page zerox map. 95% of the
trees are unmarked. We went back to the office they were rude and said we're a
wholesale nursery and we don't offer any customer service. Still struggling to properly locate our trees we
went back to the office for a 3rd time and were told to
download the Tree Identification app, which would have been great if they informed us of that initially.
Large nursery, good prices but less than zero customer service. Also, the checkout girl was clueless of what our trees were and the cost. My suggestion is go somewhere else.
