Very large and diverse selection of plants and trees. The owner, David is very knowledgeable of plants and the care that goes into them. Reasonably priced and his plants are well maintained. Definitely recommend.

David is extremely helpful & knowledgeable about his inventory. He helped pull-off beautiful succulent arrangements that I had desperately been searching for. Although he didn’t have them done in that moment, he did not hesitate to offer to complete them and have them done that same day within
A few hours (on a Saturday too!).

David is really helpful and got us a beautiful citrus tree. He has many different options and it is very pleasant to visit his farm. His price is very reasonable and he even helped us to pack it nicely to fit into our compact car.

Buyer be wary It’s been couple years since buying dozen trees. He doesn’t know one tree from another. The yellow peach turned out to be white peach ! Now the black mission fig is some type of green fig. The other brown turkey fig even tho it was 5 feet tall will not grow. So many trees have no way to tell the difference. And the prices were high. He talked like he knew what he was doing but apparently not !

This nursery is a diamond in the rough! It is a bit hidden but it has everything you want and need for a beautiful landscape, plus the prices are amazing. All the plants are well taken care of and very healthy. The owner and his wife are very nice and they are very helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable about the plants and what type of plants will grow best with this southern California heat. I definetly recommend going to visit David Mendoza Nursery as you will not be disappointed.
