It took long long time before I decided to write the review for this provider.
The advice is Stay Away from this guy. He has his own rude and unprofessional way of doing the business, least respect to your ideas and money that you pay, for the WORST ever quality. The guy is so unreal that he is in denial of his absolute incompetent and failing outcomes. There is no sign of responsibility or understanding of his mistakes and failures. I have very little idea if he is still operating or went down completely. There is no "Clean" anything in product that he is delivering as a result. The concrete is cracked and split, conduits under the concrete are not connected, the materials used are not correct and used as directed. His referrals are in the same poor quality.
The fear of him and his company hurting people, who may become a victim is real. This is not the only job that he failed as I learned after my bad experience. I was under the impression that he may take it to a different level of response, standing behind his work. His estimates are becoming blown to 5 fold as the projects kick in. He is great luring customers due to initial estimate that presents. Confusing billing system that bring descriptions of services that never been discussed as a part of the project. Cutting corners everywhere, many excuses to do that: shortage of employees, alternate materials, unexpected changes in the design of the landscaping, just because he wants to do it that way. You learn about all of that after the fact when the next step fails.
Any attempt to get their attention is useless. Apparently, they will avoid you and in the best case scenario will refuse to admit and fix the issues.
"Disaster", that should be the name of his company. Maybe that is what he mean by Clean Line separating his company from quality providers.
