They are the best. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were relandscaping our house and new to Florida. We were unsure what were which plants to purchase. They gave us suggestions for design and helped us choose the best plants for our situation. We are extremely pleased. Don't bother going anywhere else.

Two stars for workers asking if I needed help. Otherwise I’d give 0. Unfortunately most of their plants look bad, they’re struggling, un-pruned and have many weeds growing in them. One plant even had garbage and gloves shoved in it. Not everything has prices which makes it very challenging to shop. Everything I was interested in had no price… I didn’t want to drag all the plants to the front just to ask.

I went to ask questions about removing and installing a new palm tree and this family owned business was more than I expected. They were so nice, and answered all my questions. They knew I needed to get approval from HOA before making a purchase and I didn’t feel forced to make a purchase right there and then. I would totally recommend coming here.

I want to support the veterans as the farm is run by veterans.
Amazing collections of plants and the price is reasonable to other nursery.
It’s far less compare to home depot and lows.
The staff are very helpful and courteous. I recommend this to other.

I found a beautiful selection of plants, tropical as well as native. Prices were reasonable. The gentleman was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable regarding the history and care of the plants. Highly recommend. I plan on returning very soon.

What a gem! Incredible selection of beautiful, healthy and very well priced plants! Unbeatable, friendly and superb service. Wound up getting everything we were looking for at Southern Gardens. Forget the big box stores or bigger nurseries. Highly recommend this smaller, well stocked and attentive nursery!
