It was my first time getting into gardening. When I first stepped into Calloways, I felt welcomed, and a worker came up to me with knowledgeable information about beginner plants. I appreciated his friendly presents; it was so helpful, explaining specific plants that I never even consider buying. I recommend coming to this location 10 out of 10 customer service. I will come back to this location just because of the workers there. I appreciate his time and effort; even though my plants die, I could come back and get some new ones thanks to the beautiful service up there. Thank you guys so much also; a special thanks to the manager that helps me with my $9.51 Credit. Your guy's work ethic and team cooperation do not go unnoticed. As a customer, I see all the work that you guys and I appreciate very much; thank you.

You can tell that they love their plants here! Love the variety of flowers, cacti, succulents, orchids, trees. Also, they have a variety of sizes of the same plant so you can choose what's best for you. The staff is friendly and helpful with tips for plant care. Join the garden club for a discount. Will be going back!

I love this store. This is where I get most of my gardening stuff. They have a good selection of all types of plants and flowers, indoor, outdoor, etc.

The staff is usually very helpful and very attentive.

A great nursery overall with convenient location and variety. I bought a rose tree earlier and the leave turn yellow before I have chance to plant it on the ground. The return and refund process is so smoothly. Thank you!

Today I went to Calloway’s to find the plants I needed for one of my flower mound customers. Jasmine helped me from the go and was totally amazing! She took charge, was very patient and so knowledgeable!! She is definitely store management material and has by far been the best customer service experience I’ve had in the past years! The store manager checked me out and helped me out the plants in my truck as well! This was an amazing experience with a very talented group of women! They deserve much praise and promotions!

It's an okay nursery or a typical one in my opinion. good variety selection of plants, mostly in good condition, but some were dying. Cashier miscalculated my total amount by 200% which I would have paid if I didn't review the receipts. second time i was there, staff/cashier was not too knowledgeable. I still go there to get basic plastic pots and saucers
