We just received our Dutch Crafters bedroom furniture and absolutely love it! The build quality is amazing!! If you’re considering new furniture, check out their Alpharetta Ga (or another) showroom. The delivery experience was also the best I’ve experienced with furniture. Steve and Mike on their delivery team were friendly, engaging, and helpful, even asking if there was anything they could help with moving back into the room! Great experience!

Our experience with Lori at Dutch rafters was wonderful. She helped us find the perfect piece for our home (an office credenza), with the perfect matching woods and stains and hardware. I would highly recommend visiting these folks at DutchCrafters; and ask for Lori!

If this review we're just about the clarity if the website this would be a 1 star review. We picked a dining room table and chairs from the same collection and selected our wood preferences. Unfortunately the same wood types were not available for the chairs and table on the website, so we selected two different but close wood types and finishes. The set we selected showed 2 tones in all pictures and we really liked the look.

Unfortunately it turned out that in order to get a two tone finish we had to place a special custom order, and we had actually just placed an order for one tone with the table and chairs as different types of wood.

Luckily customer service noticed we had selected wood that wasn't the same and reached out to ask if we wanted to custom order matching wood types and no extra cost. When we spoke with customer service we further inquired about the customization option and learned that to get a two tone set we had to custom order it. All of the pictures on the site did not represent what we were purchasing.

Customer service worked with us and the vendor to make sure we got all matching wood types and the two tone scheme we wanted, further customizing it from what even the pictures showed. They were very helpful and we are very happy with their attention to details.

Definitely recommended this site but please be sure to work with a customer service rep to make sure you get what you really want. They are easy to work with.

I love my counter stools. Beutiful looking, very sturdy and quite comfortable. Leonard and Adam delivered the stools and were wonderful. It was difficult for me to coordinate their arrival time and my availability to meet them in a summer house (without any heat) 300 miles away from my home.
Leonard actually called me on Thanksgiving morning with a possible time frame and was great regarding updating their subsequent potential arrival times. He finally it narrowed down to Tues late am. His communication made all the difference. Thank you.

Our coffee table is incredible...really great work and a piece that will last us a very long time. The customer service was great while we took forever to decide on a stain. Special thanks to the delivery guys who made it all the way up to Maine, working around a snowstorm- getting this heavy piece inside was a breeze because of them!

I just received two custom barrister book cases from DutchCrafers. Absolutely gorgeous!! Craftsmanship impeccable as was and is my oak roll top desk they built for me over a year ago!
