We are new to a community that uses Bloomings for Landscape and Irrigation. I can't speak for the landscape department because it's winter and we didn't have a chance to experience -or fully observe- the result of their service, HOWEVER, we did have some irrigation issues and -once the President of the association recommended that we call Bloomings directly- those issues were immediately evaluated AND addressed!
Mike, the Irrigation Department's Manager, followed up the service with an email AND a call; we told him that we were very grateful and that we also wanted to move some sprinkler heads and evaluate the entire system all around the yard. Mike asked us what was the best day for us to meet with him, showed up promptly, arranged to have the service done and, again, returned calls and confirmed the day before the work was to be done!
Without a doubt, and thanks to our experience with Mike, his impeccable manners, professional demeanor, and customer service abilities, our experience with Bloomings has been excellent.
IF the Landscape department is run by managers like Mike, we'll be in good hands!

Bloomings has served our community for 3-4 years. They provide excellent service and are prompt to reply to any concerns. Head and shoulders above our previous company. And I’m going to add that a person who provided a 1 star review complains nonstop about everything. She is never happy. I hate for the company to get bashed by someone who is unhinged.

ALL ASSOCIATIONS AND HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!!! This is the worst landscaping business in Sarasota/Bradenton. Unfortunately, I did not have a choice because I live in an association community. I hope I can help others biz this review. My lawn is filled with weeds. I don't even see grass anymore. My gardenias are dead after I told them not to trim them in the spring. They trimmed them yesterday.

I called Bloomings twice to service my irrigation and still have yet to hear from them. It was 3 weeks in between calls and now it’s going on two weeks from the second call and still no one has contacted me. I’d advise that you don’t waste your time with Bloomings and find a different company to help you.

I agree. This is the worst landscape company in Manatee. Left a message with a front desk person a week ago, requesting service. No phone call or text from them! Also, our HOA, unfortunately, chose them to take care of our community. I have never seen an HOA make such a bad move hiring worthless landscape co.

They destroyed my grass and will not fix their mistake. The do not trim well and cut the grass too quickly.

Shows up at 7:15 instead of 8
Run their business off my street= noise pollution
Management said they will park elsewhere, they haven't.
They woke me up this morning
I can hear the vehicles all day coming in and out of my street.
Their vehicles are very loud.
They do not care about the people they are servicing
