you guys can’t call every negative review a scams. These are AUTHENTIC negative reviews on your horrible business… COMING BACK TO EDIT MY REVIEW on this business, since they wanted to respond to me with a LIE and say “im fraud” wrong customer guys hope the cops DO come to me. to all potential customer, READ ALL PLS. STAY AWAY DO NOT COME HERE. Your car and tires WILL get damaged. I am never coming to this place ever again and after reading other reviews, I have noticed other peoples tires have also been popped here at this location. After ordering three plants and driving over there to pick them up The lady that was helping me advised me to park in a parking spot in which was filled with nails that popped my tire… after walking around, I saw a bunch of nails and tools laying around on the floor like if they wanted peoples tires to get popped on purpose. They were very rude. Did not care at all about what happened and just left me there without even caring or explaining to me why there was tools and nails on the floor and continued to help other customer. You can see other people leaving the same review about flat tires… If I can give 0 stars I would. COMING BACK TO EDIT…
This is my second time coming back to edit my review since i saw they responded with the biggest lie I have ever heard in my life… I never even paid cash or have never in my life have done any fraudulent behavior instead of you guys lying and screwing over your customers cars. You should make things right by getting me a new tire instead of popping my $500 tire that I had just bought. I am NOT doing ANY fraudulent behavior please don’t listen to these horrible liars claiming I’m scamming etc… I hope you guys at this nursery do call the cops on me so I can tell them how horrible your nursery is. Everyone Please do yourself a favor and stay away from these rude liars that do not care about their customers cars AT ALL!!!!

be careful, these people are absolutely unprofessional. they lure you in with competitive prices and then send people who have never done gardening work. they planted my plants by making 3/4 inch holes, after the rain half of the plants fell. They also cut the internet cable after I told them to be careful in a certain area. when I called them, they told me that they don't care and that the problem was mine. horrible experience!!

They sold me 900$ infected palm trees, if you try contacting them. They would block your number. Look at the difference of the infected palm tree and how it suppose to look

I had a great experience at the Kendall plant nursery thanks to the exceptional assistance provided by Marshall. His knowledge of plants and thoughtful recommendations made my selection process enjoyable and stress-free. His friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions demonstrated a genuine passion for his work. I did not feel rushed as I have felt when I have visited prior nursery’s because I was indecisive of what I wanted. I highly commend Marshall for his excellent customer service and expertise in helping customers find the perfect plants!

They told me to come here for a blue torch cactus and then made me wait for 30 minutes for no one to show up and completely lied and said it wasn’t available in the end and made me drive 45 minutes. Please do not waste your time here as this is the most unprofessional and garbage nursery I’ve ever been to and on top of that all the plants look mistreated and in bad condition. Owners are liars and scammers.

Please do not purchase from this nursery. I ordered a 25 gallon Florida Native Crabwood Tree -- sight unseen. First they charged me $250 for this. I sensed it was overpriced however as I was buying a few other trees - I agreed because of the convenience factor on the delivery. The Crabwood tree that arrived was not a Crabwood. Instead what they sent me what appears to be a sick Myrsine (colicwood) tree. Not sure if it's that. But it's not a crabwood. 40% of the leaves were yellow and had a fungus. I called the person in charge -- sent her photos. And she said it's crabwood. Even though the photo she sent me of a real crabwood tree - does not look like the tree they sent me. They refuse to refund me. I was charged $40 for the install and lost $290 for they wrong tree. They don't even want to acknowledge that it could be a mistake. My mistake to have trusted them to send me a tree sight unseen. Spend your money elsewhere.

Due to center of the palm tree, I ordered 2 feet of Sylvester palm trees . What they planted was not even 2 feet, and ONE TREES IS ONLY 1 FEET. And the most upset me is they didn’t even consider trying to pick same high. Now I have to see these unbalanced trees every day year after year. I sent a message to them but they ignored me. Of course, why should they. They got the money they wanted . Beware of this nursery . They will lip you off. Recommend go somewhere else.

When I asked the price of this palm, I mentioned clearly by the size of truck and you gave me the price by how tall the trunk, not by the gallon. LIAR…..
