Empire Zoysia Sod was delivered dead. The green you see in the photos are from our grass we got from another nursery. The brown sod is from Jeny Sod Services. We ordered two pallets and only the top layer was really green. The worst part of this experience is that they told us we were lying and that the sod was green when they delivered. We very seldom write reviews, but please buyer beware. You do not want to buy something from a location that seem so nice but when something goes wrong they do not own up to it. We spent $1000 on sod for two pallets and another $2000 on yard decor items. We only wanted them to replace the bad sod. They lost a great customer. But please be aware to never buy sod or anything that might go bad. They will just team up on you and deny everything.

I always love to visit Jeny Sod, they are always willing to help you, offering assistance and load anything you buy in your car. You can find many varieties of plants, rocks, mulch, stepping stones, pots and decorations and the sod is excellent quality. And prices are very competitive. Visit my friends at Jeny Sod and compare! Because they stock a large variety of plants, rocks, statues, lawn grass, decorative outdoor ornaments and so much more that you'll need for personalizing your back yard. The service is always quick here and frombmy experience they seem to restock pretty quickly

I got to say I am happy with my experience with Jeny Sod Miami on my last visit. I’ve gone a few times and gotten help immediately, but I definitely have to give a shoutout to Gleni (I hope I spelt it correctly) for your help and attention when I went looking for hardscapes for my recent project. She took her time in walking me to them instead of pointing to their direction. She showed me the varieties available and was able to help me with pricing.

Also, driver the Ricardo was very accommodating when placing my flatbed order. I am very picky when it comes to SOD and I had him lift half the pallet to check the center and he just smiled and did it. He also did my second delivery of gravel. The space was very limited but he made it happen with no problems or faces. He spoke very good about his company and the quality of their products which I have to second it.

I purchased river rocks a 2nd time . The first time, I noticed a good amount of the rocks were not close to the 1-3 inch claim. So i dumped at least 15% of rocks , that look like pebbles (no did not complain) . I recently purchased another order, and the same thing, another 15-20%approx of rocks where small (pebbles). I even took a video and screened the rocks with 1/2 inch chicken wire....ALOT OF THE ROCKS FELL THRU THE MESH! I went back and asked how could they accomodate me and make it right....Even offered to show video and pics! They did not want to even look at the evidence. I beleive i spoke to Isabela(older women, on a saturday). She totally brushed it off. The message I got is too bad! So my past purchases included, two pallets, two cu yards of river rocks. I previousely paid 200 per cu yd, now I paid 275, even though I was quoted 265 by phone. CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT BE TREATED IN THIS MATTER, I WAS LOOKING FOR A CREDIT BACK TO CARD, OR EVEN A STORE CREDIT , SINCE I WAS GOING TO PUT A BUNCH OF PLANTS AND SPRUCE UP FRONT YARD. But , i willl take my business elsewhere. I have read many of the reviews, some with bad sod, rocks delivered wrong size, etc.... Whats most alarming is the lack of customer skills at this location. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE....KROME IS FULL OF NURSERY, SOD, ROCKS...ETC....PEOPLE, IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED BAD, LIKE YOUR PATRONAGE IS NOT APPRECIATED, COME TO JENNY SOD. OTHER WISE, GO ELSEWHERE, THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY BUSINESS THAT DOES THIS....MAYBE THEY CAN AFFORD TO TREAT CLIENTS BAD! BUT, EVENTUALLY THE TRUTH WILL COME OUT.
P.S YOUR PRICES ARE TOO HIGH TO NOT ACCOMODATE A CLIENT...LOOK AT REVIEWS FROM PAST.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM JENY SOD, they are the worst service. We purchased River Rock Tan and we have recieved a TOTALY DIFFERENT PRODUCT, the rocks in display are a mix of tan and the ones we have recieved look completely dark brown and horrible.
Nobody cares when you call and everyone is very rood.
They say they would call us back and nobody calls.
Everything they have in display is different to what they deliver.
