I will NEVER use this florist again. I placed on online order from out of state for my mom's birthday. On the left is what I ordered and on the right is what we received. The next day I called and spoke to a man on the phone. He was very defensive that they had fulfilled the order correctly despite replacing Gerbera daisies with carnations and so much greenery. To be fair, he did give me a full refund but he was rude and not apologetic. I wanted my mom to have something special for her birthday and instead I feel that they designed and delivered funeral flowers.

I could not be happier with this florist!. Over the phone, I explained to Sonia what I had in mind for a birthday bouquet, and she pulled flowers that she had in stock and texted me pictures. Needless to say, I was confident that I was in good hands and, as you can see, the arrangement is so beautiful. The birthday girl loved the flowers and sent me a picture. My mom's Mother's day bouquet was so beautiful! This is the 2nd time I've used TPoF's and Sonia is always quick to respond and her flowers are really nice! I will be using her again! I ordered the Deluxe Mother's Day Designer bouquet and asked for red to be included, in any way, with any flower, to represent my mom's mom, who is no longer with us! Just lovely! Wow!!!! I walked in clueless thinking how do I order the right flowers for my GF. The owner greeted me and got straight to the point. She asked what I wanted and what my budget was. She worked with me and made an absolutely beautiful bouquet. If you want somebody who cares who the flowers are for and meant she is the one!!!
