We had our entire backyard hardscaped, and fenced and electric installed for our hot tub. We used to have a lot of flooding in our back yard and water now flows away from the house. It looks wonderful and saved our home from potential moisture damage in the future. They took our thought bubble ideas and turned them into an awesome design. The crew was fast, efficient and professional. The owner checked the job after each step to ensure it was going smoothly. He addressed all questions quickly. He was also available via text message. We never had to wonder if they were showing up or not. (Which unfortunately seems to be a thing in FL). The job site was clean when they were done. No sloppy work. We will absolutely use them for future work!

We hired them to do some needed landscaping and cleaning up on our property. We needed some Cyprus bushes/trees removed, a lot of trimming done, mulching and general weed removal.
The owner sent us an itemized invoice to approve before the work was performed. We were required to pay half with invoice approval and the balance after we were satisfied with the work.

James, the owner, came with the crew today and we went over all the work again, The team, a total of 6 workers, worked hard for several hours in HOT Florida afternoon sun and humidity,

When they finished James returned and walked through and inspected the work and made sure we were pleased and we were able to pay him the balance.

I highly recommend JaPaul Scapes. My only concern is there was no one to contact after M-F office hours, but not a huge issue. our yard looks amazing,. Before and after of some parts below.

UPDATE: I received a call from Melanie at JaPaul who was very pleasant and said, "the farms are not cutting bitter blue at the moment. They won't begin doing that until mid October. So once they're back to doing that, they we'll be able to come out and fix any kind of patches that you have."

Does anyone in Florida have integrity? I had sod installed a few months ago by this company (mid-April), and two weeks in, it started to turn brown and die (we followed his instructions regarding watering to a tee), and when delivered we found out the sod had webworms to start. The owner said, "it's now your treatment guy's problem." They ran out of sod on my project, too, and have never returned and completed the job, which he verbally promised a few times because I called and even asked in person. I am still waiting! And, in my opinion, the service and sod I received, was costly.

JaPaul by far does the best paver work at the best price in this area. I'm confident you can't find this quality of work at this price. I have hired them three separate times over the last 3-4 years. I started with a sizable patio in my backyard and a year or two later added on a section that wrapped around the back room. They perfectly spliced into the old pavers as if it was all installed at the same time. I have now had them out a third time to complete my side yard with a path that leads to the driveway. The work is literally perfect. The pitch, level, edges, cuts, design, etc. is all perfect.

The older sections have held really well. The sealer they use keeps them from getting stained even in the rainy season. I have hardly had to do anything to clean them over the years. For reference in the photos, the planter in the front yard was not installed by them. That's old and needs to be redone.

Strongly recommend them for installation of a patio, driveway, pool deck, etc.

We couldn’t be happier with the work James did for our back yard. We asked for an extension of travertine pavers around our pool a trash landing on the side of our house to hide the trash cans from the street view, a fire pit and an area of turf for the dog. Everything was installed and finished in 3 days. James is a perfectionist and always just a phone call away to answer any questions. He has the ability to see your vision and execute it. I will recommend japaul scape to anyone and everyone for any landscaping job in the area.
