Old fashioned quality service with prompt attention to detail and professionalism. Fair competitive pricing. Well organized plan from start to finish. Our project was a complete makeover of a condo property in downtown Treasure Island. Sod removal and some sod replacement. We increased our shell areas to have less sod. CDs landscaping use weed guard and 3/4 inch shells. Tropical plants were added to our beds. Large fishtail palms were removed and stumps ground and removed. Sprinkler system was upgraded to better water plants and sod and not water new shell areas. Final cleanup included pressure washing our pavers. First class all the way.

Wow! Chris with CDS Landscaping was wonderful to work with. He was responsive to calls and texts. He handled my yard drainage project professionally and extremely timely ( he got me in for next day service). His pricing was fair and upfront. Not to many companies are willing to take on a project that another company left a mess, but I am truly thankful Chris accepted and completed the project. I'm very pleased with the aesthetics and I'm sure it will now function as promised. I highly recommend.

We also hired Chris to fix our existing sprinklers. The current drought we’ve all experienced and a poor layout of our sprinklers were leaving our grass looking very dry. Chris’s suggestions and his team have done a great job to cover both our front and backyard adequately with all new sprinklers. His quote was within our budget and the job was done efficiently.
