Love this garden center on Sanibel Island. The staff is very tentative and so knowledgeable, I always love to visit their Garden. They have an amazing assortment of uncommon plants and they can explain everything to you about them including after care. Thanks so much to their caring staff for taking the time to help us. Golly, I was so excited to go to this place. But, I have to say the experience left me feeling a little let down. Customer service is sorely lacking, no offer to help carrying a 10” plant with a 15” ceramic pot. I’ve had better service at the Goodwill! I will give one more chance, and then I’m done.

We, two Philadelphian gardeners who live in Merion, happened by chance upon this spot of paradise within the surrounding paradise of Sanibel Island.
The plants are lovingly cherished and the staff is so friendly and helpful.
R. S. Walsh has worked at Kew Gardens as well as Longwood Gardens and Bertram’s Gardens.
It was a great pleasure visiting In The Garden and chatting with Mr. Walsh.
If only his nursery were in the Philadelphia area or we lived in Sanibel!

Just stumbled into this garden while taking in the sights. Lovingly place. Purchased two orchids from the sale person. He was very friendly.
