Update 1/20/25 - had some issues with a broken pipe that we were not informed had been compromised and “fixed” when doing installation. Ended up having a flood from washer in our house and blown pipes outside. Palm Brothers was supposed to come do some work to equal what we ended up paying plumbers to come properly fix our pipe, came one time then ghosted us completely. When they are around and actually working their work is good, trouble right now is actually getting reliable responses and people to actually show up. Hope they can get it back together but for the moment I would not recommend putting any money up front.

Palm Brothers landscaping did extensive work to our new house, including planting of Palms, plants, drainage basins and laying of stone. Everything was completed as promised and Daniel communicated what he was working on with pictures as we live out of the area. Very satisfied with the finished product.

Update 12/28/24- Daniel reached out to say he had ordered a new tree for us. Unfortunately we had already gotten the tree replaced. However, Daniel said he still wanted to make things right. We came to an agreement and he followed through. We are happy with the outcome and the other 3 trees we purchased from him are beautiful and thriving! Changing my review to an overall 4 star review.

Update 12/2/24- After I posted my 11/9 update, Daniel reached out to us and said he wanted to make things right. He offered 2 options. The first was to take a tree that he has but that the limbs had been cut back. The second was for him to order a new tree. He told me there would be charges associated with the new tree if he had to order it. I did not agree with this as we purchased a warranty and did not feel as though we should be charged anything. Especially after being patient and following his advice for a year. He was supposed to send a picture of the tree he already had but he never did. I’ve reached out to him 2 more times since then and he responded once to say that he was out sick and the 2nd time he didn’t respond. I told him it was urgent that we get the tree replaced as soon as possible because our HOA was not happy that the tree had looked so bad for the last year.

We have no other choice but to purchase a new tree from somewhere else as we cannot continue to wait on Daniel to “do the right thing”. I would never recommend doing business with Daniel.

Update 11/9/24- We have had multiple conversations with Daniel over the past 11 months about one of the palms we purchased. It has not been healthy the whole time. We purchased the warranty and the fertilization plan. He has come to our home several times to “check the tree”. His last visit was on 9/6/24. On that date, he told us that he would take over fertilization of the tree and for us to not do anything to it. It now looks worse than ever. We have ask a few times to have the tree replaced and he assured us that it was still “alive”. I’m posting pictures of the other palm that was planted the same day for comparison.
We just want the tree replaced with a comparable tree because that’s what we were promised when we initially purchased.

We purchased 4 palms from Palm Brothers in December of 2023. They were very professional, prompt, and have been great to respond to any questions we have had. Highly recommend them!

Make sure you look at the newest reviews!!!! This company will ghost you and not look back. We purchased 8 trees from Daniel. Trees were installed and most are crooked. One tree died within a couple months. Have had the run around since. Was told on several occasions tree would be replaced in April. Here we are in August and still nothing. What makes it even worse is the tree in question that died had to be sent by the company again bc Daniel decided the tree that came before was bigger than what I paid for. He sold that tree and got this one that was the same size. Turns out that’s the only size the company had but Daniel decided to sell mine and make more money instead of bringing that tree. All the trees bought was told to us they would be fine in our area. Now all the sudden his wife says she was surprised he gave us a warranty on any tree bc it’s colder where we are. I asked straight up if they were ok and Daniel said YES. Besides the one canary date palm that died we also had 3 Roballini that died also. I text Daniel on many occasions asking for care taking and hardly ever got a response. Yes he would respond to some but not many. If you buy from this nursery don’t be surprised if you get no care taking options and if something happens plan on coming out of pocket again. I will include the text from where it was supposed to be installed in June. Find a reputable palm grower and installer. Palm Brothers isn’t either!!!!! UPDATE: Still not a single word on what they owe me. Instead they are constantly listing palm trees on fb marketplace for sale. Just so happen one of the listings is Canary Date Palms that they were supposedly having issues with. Photo in pictures!! What a rip off company!!

Palm Brothers is FANTASTIC!
They have beautiful trees and plants in stock to choose from. If they don't have exactly what you want they get it for you. They can provide pictures and give you a multitude of choices.
Their customer service is second to none.
They're professional, prompt, and they respect your property. They did a beautiful job providing and planting my palm trees.

Where do I begin? This nursery is a family ran business for the past 20 years, and as a local is the one stop shop for plants, palms, and landscaping! To be honest Calo Nursery is the only nursery in town (not over the bridge on the beach). Their full scale landscaping and design team is the only one I’ve ever seen that lets us, the customer, design/pick out the species of plants (with professional guidance) to compliment the fresh sod Calo Nursery and Landscaping installed to finalize your project. You will not find a better priced, local nursery the Calo Nursery and Landscaping, so check it out the next time you’re in the need of plants, palms, and landscaping!

We have purchased several landscape items from Palm Brothers. Daniel has been very helpful and informative about the palms we purchased. He went out of his way to ensure a palm was planted before our yard was blocked in by neighboring construction. Even with the event of issues he had with equipment. He kept in contact, which for me is foremost when dealing with contractors. I can understand issues, just keep me in the loop and communicate. I wish all contractors would follow this model. Keep it up Daniel. Thank you.

8/21/24 Have been trying to get in touch with Daniel now for 2 months since he planted my palm.
Unfortunately This business scammed me. Took my money for 1 year of fertilization for 6 palm trees. Talked all about good customer service and customer communication. Now Daniel just ghosts any texts or emails. Don’t trust this man!

8/24/24 Not sure what is going on here, but since my previous paragraph, the owner has contacted me and assures me I am scheduled for fertilization. He has had personal issues. I am giving him the benefit of the doubt and am hopeful he will adhere to his original commitment .

This was my most recent txt from Daniel, saying they would be here on 8/26 to fertilize palms that I have paid 1 year upfront for...STILL a "no show". This man appears to not be a man of his word.

Update...So....Daniel did show up today and fertilized our Palm trees. He provided an updated schedule of when he will be coming back to continue the year's worth of treatments. Nice text with an apology for the inconvenience. I wished him good luck and happy he is back in to his business. Hope it works out for him.

January 10 2025
Still a no show for the months of October, November, December, and January now. He did have an employee leave a container of fertilizer for trees we transplanted that I told him we would do ourselves. However I did ask that he would continue the 3 remaining palm fertilization. No one has come. Guess I'm just out the money I paid "up front" for fertilization I will never get.

Joe did a great job helping me with design, plant selection, and installation. I highly recommend them. We now have the best yard in the neighborhood.

We too have given Daniel $6500 in May and after actually asking us to Venmo $1000 more to a labor contractor last week (which we did not) we haven’t heard from him or the office manager. We’re still holding out hope.

9-1-24. We now have about 2/3 of the project done. There’s been a couple of ‘no show’ days, but so far all looks good. Will update as it goes.

9-10-24. About 85% completed now. Bit of an issue with the drip system control box and water leaking from it, but Daniel is working on it. Anticipating it will be all good. Will final update when completed.

10-31-24. The project is now done and looks awesome. Much of the delay from September was on my request to allow a separate contractor time to complete a separate project. All items delivered as agreed upon.
