Fantastic! Amazing resource for topsoil, rocks, etc… in bulk right on 98 in PCB. The gentleman who was working on 5/7/24 was super helpful and very friendly! He didn’t make me feel like I shouldn’t be there, which I’m grateful for. I originally bought a bunch of bags of topsoil from Lowe’s, but the bags weren’t “soil” at all, but ground up mulch! Then as I was driving home I saw Rock World on the side of the road and stopped there hoping they would know where I could get some actual soil not knowing what they had. Luckily Rock World has pretty much everything you’d need for your basic hardscaping needs. Their prices were a few dollars ($2/bucket) more than a bulk place in PC, but to save the drive over the bridge it was worth it to me. I’m not a contractor. Just needed my pickup filled with 2 scoops ($4 difference).

Great place if you want to over pay for rocks and have your wife hit on by the "Owner" and his yard rats... He also likes to belittle and argue with you about where you live... Earthworks in Panama City was $1,000.00 cheaper and had way better customer service

We needed some beach sand for a sandbox. I took the 3 year old, we got the sand and a couple rocks on the side. Did a 3 year old have a good time? Do you even need to ask? Money better spent than Disney, and we've already had several good playtimes with friends in the sandbox. Thanks Rock World! God bless.

guy on the phone needs to learn some customer service skills, not at all pleasant. he was so bad that i called around for other quotes. EARTHWORKS charges 30% less for rock and 20% less for delivery AND THEY HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. CALL EARTHWORKS IN PANAMA CITY

!!!Don’t bother taking your business here!!! Good alternatives are Earthworks or the feed and rock store on 79 and steelfield they won’t price gouge you or try to lie to you. The management / owner is not trustworthy and is also pretty rude to his customers.

The only reason this man is in business is because he is the only one here that sells rocks. The moment competition opens, he is gone.

I happen to stumble upon these reviews when I was looking around for rocks. Unfortunately he is the only person here that sells rocks nearby so I decided to go anyway. I also wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt because I mean how can somebody really be that bad right? So I went in very nice.

He was very condescending and rude. I didn’t argue with him, I didn’t provoke him, I literally just asked questions about his rocks, looked around, and ultimately ended up leaving.

Desperate to get rocks anyway, I did actually ask if he can drop off a load 8 minutes away. He had two or three trucks just sitting there. His guys were all for it, he said no because they close in an hour.

I mean that was a very easy $500 he could’ve made in about a half an hour. And still had a half an hour to spare…. Weirdo…
