We love Saga Motors because of their 'Customer Care'. For the first time in my life, we received a phone call asking how we liked our new mower.
We've known them for years and trust them and their abilities. You might find something cheaper somewhere else, I don't know. But, if you want a company that stands behind what they sell, Saga is the place to go.

Definitely find someone else to do Hustler mower repairs. Spent over $300. with Saga Motors and mower isn't repaired.
Very poor customer service. Sultan told me he doesn't care to work on mowers that are not under warranty. Wish he had explained this beforehand, I would have gladly taken to someone else.

I was cutting grass early Saturday morning on the 10th of July. I blew the blade belt. I called Saga and they were not open yet. About an hour later, they actually called me saying that they saw they had a missed call. My unit is a 36" FastTrack. They actually had the belt in stock. When I drove over there, I asked if they could install it. They stopped working on what they had been working on and installed my belt. They also did an inspection to make sure everything else was good to go. Top notch customer service and the price was reasonable as well. Anyone looking for Hustler mower or service work....this is the place to go!!
