Since I began my career as a community association manager, I've had the pleasure of working with Alex at Unsurpassed Landscaping. His response to the landscaping demands of my community has been excellent. He and his group are skilled professionals who work hard at what they do.

They have been mowing my lawn for a year and everything was fine until they changed crews. The new crew kept missing large patches of grass along the perimeter and in the middle of the yard in areas- not small areas. I sent an email and Alex replied. Today, they sprayed weed killer on a freshly planted are in my beds where I had planted flower seed and the seedlings were 6 inches tall. I sent an email with pictures attached and got a reply and then I called and Alex told me it is my responsibility to tell them that hey, this area that has no mulch in it and is clearly defined is a newly planted area- do not spray it. Now, I have top replant my entire bed because they killed everything I planted. Alex even had the nerve to tell me that the seedlings were not 6 inches tall when they were and were clearly NOT weeds. I do not recommend them as Alex is unprofessional. I asked him why, if they had quesrtions about spraying, did they not knock on my door as I was sitting at my desk 10 feet form the front door and his response was that it is not their responsibility to ask questions.
