Just bought a weed eater and chain saw parts great service, only issue is employees don't know how to start or run equipment to show customers, I had to show the employee how which is ok, he learned something new, but should always have one employee who does just in case!! Otherwise very friendly staff and they do try hard to make sure they help you find what you need. If you want a more friendly/family feel go here over home Depot

Was just at Rocky’s Prima vista rt1. Needed some ac filters. I needed some help with brands and quality. Went to service counter to ask advice. There were two guys there discussing inventory and pricing. They looked at me and continued their conversation. I waited a few minutes more turned around and walked out disgusted. Pick up filters at Publix, which were on sale too. Do, what’s the advantage to go to Ace with poor customer service?

Terrible service , 2 guys hanging around, needed topsoil, lawn edging, . I walked around for 5 minutes looking while a guy stared out the window. I carried the 3bags top soil out my self after i told him i needed bags of it. You think he would offer No! At 66 i guess there there not to heavy..

I came here because I expected to get better customer service than I would get at the big box store… And they wouldn’t help me.
I have a blank key I needed cut, They won’t cut a key I didn’t buy here, so I said I would buy the key from them, but they don’t sell the key I need.
