I contacted S. Central Lawn & Fencing Tuesday (Oct/15th 2024) a bit before 9am. The call was answered promptly, in a friendly manner, eager to help with what I wanted done. Prices for services they offered were KNOWN without hesitant, so I knew my monthly cost.
The lawn maintenance team came out THE SAME DAY around 2pm.
They listened to what I wanted done that day. The team manager was QUICK to notice our propane tank cover & inquired about it & passed on the info on how to cut the grass on the cover.
The team manager noted my husband chickens that had ventured from THEIR yard into the backyard! HeHe I moved them as quickly as they would waddle their fluffy butts!
The team were mind blowing FAST.
Incredibly detailed, professional, and very courteous.
I'm super thankful the first lawn company I called didn't pick up and just had me leave a voice message. HaHa

I purchased my house on 8/19/24 and contacted the lawn care service the sellers had employed, they promised to come out and mow, but didn't! My grass became unkempt...I made a flurry of calls on Friday 9/6, South Central Lawn responded the fastest...got their crew out ASAP. I appreciated their quick response to my need. The price was more than reasonable and they did beautiful work. I am truly thankful and have become an annual customer. Thank you again!

Pablo and his crew did a great job! We had 50 feet of lawn eroded about 2 feet deep and 3 feet high. They put geotextile over the eroded area then brought in small rocks and shell to make a base. Last they placed riprap to secure the dirt in place.
I am happy they did a really good job that looks nice and I am sure will last a long time.
Last they had to remove some of my wife sawgrass plant but we able to reinstall it at another spot. Overall we are so happy we already agreed on the next project!

South Central Lawn & Fence were such a pleasure to work with! They were quick, efficient and thorough! We absolutely love our fence and so do our dogs. It's so nice to have privacy and security now. We can just let our dogs our and not have to worry about them escaping or having other dogs come in our back yard, which happened more times that we would like. We can now also set up our pool without worry of neighborhood kids messing around with it. Definitely a GREAT investment and I'm so glad I choose South Central to make our dream a reality! I suggest them to anyone wanting a fence 🙂

The scope of work included repairing an existing fence as well as building about 35 feet of new fence. The two man crew arrived as scheduled with all the materials and got everything done in about 5 or so hours. They were professional, efficient and the end result was a very good product of high quality. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

I’m in love with my new fence! I got a quote one day and the next, my fence was up! They are so quick and professional and Fatima was amazing. She helped me every step along the way and I’ll recommend them to anyone looking for get a fence put up. Their prices are super reasonable as well! Pablo and his staff do an out standing job! Very professional and has a great business skills. My old lawn guy was not a good business man and left my lawn uncut for two weeks because he only had one mower and when it needed service, there was no plan!! This business is run much better, thanks to Fatima. She is a great in-between person handling requests. All around great team!! I would highly recommend them.
