So obviously this isn't my personal email however I couldn't not leave an amazing review. I walked fully expecting to be turned away because I had a crazy request considering it's a business and I was asking for a favor, but the woman I met, I'm assuming the owner, is the most kind person I've met in a long time and she fully deserves all the business she can get!

We are local landscapers and have purchased sod from them in the past. Always good but past year they sure went down hill as far as quality of sod. We purchased 4 pallets and installed. Went back next week and all sod was completely dead. Not a watering issue. Had fungus according to pesticide company. They did give us 2 free pallets but lost the labor cost and installed the 2 pallets and once again all dead. Just purchased another pallet few days ago and 3 days later all dead. Sod is freaking horrible from this place and will never purchase again from this company. What a mess this place has caused our business. Not to mention how bad it makes us look as a landscape company. Do not recommend getting sod from this place.

The employee lied to me about the trees that I purchased. Also, she charged more than the price that it was marked on the tree.
Be aware that all sales are final, no returns or exchanges.
I don't recommend this place.

Greenscape Innovations has given us a flawless and great experience! Great customer service and knowledgeable staff! The Florotam sod we purchased was great quality and the install was perfect. My wife and I recently had Greenscape Innovations rip out our old sod, install an irrigation system and put down a new lawn of Citra Blue St. Augustine grass. We chose them after interviewing a half dozen companies. They were by far the best! Price was great, workmanship excellent and product is unmatched. Our lawn is the envy of the neighborhood! If you need a new lawn, do yourself a favor and call Greenscape Innovations.

Greenscape did a great job from start to finish. Estimate appointment was exactly as scheduled and the scope of work needed was thoroughly explained. The work crew also arrived as scheduled and made quick work of 600 square foot removal and installation. They worked hard and transformed an area which was primarily overgrown weeds to a new St Augustine sod lawn in a few hours. A crew of five did neat work and left no mess behind. A job well done!!!

Update after a year of the new sod being installed. In May 2023, Greenscape Inovations removed the old grass, a subcontractor installed a sprinkler system, and Greenscapes then installed Scotts Pro Vista St Augustine. They all did a 5 star job, and the lawn looks great. No weeds, and it has filled in well. Very happy with this company as well as Mmike's suggestion to use the Pro Vista. I cut it every 5-7 days during this rainy growing season.
