I can’t say enough good things about Chris and his company, Natives of Corkscrew. The quality of the plants is high, and the price is as competitive as I could find. I was able to do exactly what I wanted/needed to do in our huge front lawn because of it-otherwise, I‘d have been forced into some concessions.

Things are filling in very nicely from my Jan 3rd installation, and the very small handful of plants that didn’t make it during this dry, hot-then-cold, windy winter, are being happily replaced by Chris.

The wildflowers are huge and the seed-grown Muhly (hard to find) is going to be stunning.

I have a large backyard project coming, and Chris will have my business for that as well. Highly recommended!

You know how sometimes you go somewhere and you’re just like “THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!” and it just totally gets you pumped up on life. The Natives of Corkscrew is that place filled with awesome native plants and even more awesome people. Locally Owned and Operated! Would 11/10 recommend and this is coming from a Native Plant Society President and associated business owner. I hope my one day nursery illicits the same happiness this nursery does

I wanted live native wildflowers for my wedding reception. The folks at Natives of Corkscrew got so excited about the idea and helped me choose a wonderful variety that would be blooming on our day. They delivered them and gave tips on how to keep them blooming until the party. It was perfect. The best part is that I planted them in my yard after the wedding, and now they all bloom on our anniversary!

Super great nursery with a large variety of plants and trees. I went there looking for milkweed plants that were not treated with pesticides (host plant for monarch butterflies.) Got just what I needed at a very fair price. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place, I’ll be back again! - Jason and Jami Pavich

I had the pleasure of working with Chris, Jayne, and Bill on my recent food forest project in North Naples! I was referred to them by Kamile within the Collier County Office and was so glad to make the connection as the team is very knowledge about native Florida plants, native aquatic plants and what would be suitable for all locations/zones/climates/condtions. They were able to work off of videos and my description of the sun, shade and water conditions. We identified a series of plants to fill 2 bioswales and they even recommened native nitrogen fixing partridge pea to plant all around my 40+ fruit trees, which will go nicely with all the chop and drop I have already planted. 5 stars all the way! I will be doing more business with Natives of Corkscrew on my next project(s)!

I had set out to purchase some native milkweed, as I recently had a new batch of baby monarch caterpillars and not enough food to give them. I found Natives of Corkscrew through the Florida Association of Native Nurseries (FANN) website. The owner, Chris, explained to me that he not only had native milkweed, but native FLORIDA milkweed, which is very difficult to find!

(You may be asking, "what's the difference? Native is native, right?" Not quite. A lot of native milkweed is often grown out of state, where the climate is far different than Fort Myers. Florida native milkweed is far better suited for our climate!)

Chris was very easy to work with and exceptionally accommodating. I was very impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and enthusiasm for native plants! While it was a bit of a drive to get to their location, I was extremely pleased with the plants that I received from them!

All in all, A+ customer service and products! I will definitely be purchasing from here in the future!
