Left tire tracks in my yard. They may as well have done donuts at the edge of my drive. And when I confronted the driver he just laughed and pretended not to see me. I called the company and some “new manager” took the call and had zero experience or knowledge or so it seemed on lawn maintenance….And before the owner says…”we don’t have you as a customer” I have a home watch who is signed up for me. I was just so distraught at the unprofessionalism…I’m the HOA president and will be making sure that our community pulls their contract. Unbelievable and unacceptable! AVOID!

Terrible. During cleanup they blow everything into the pool cage, into the pool pump and around the HVAC. They do it deliberately to annoy the homeowners. The absolute most obnoxious landscapers our Association has ever had and I don’t know why they keep them.

Newell lawn care came on to my property without my permission and destroyed my Bougainvillea. I then called the owner she said she'd look into it and never heard back. They don't deserve 1 star.

Terrible service!!! They let our grass grow knee deep! The last two holiday weekends they let our grass grow so tall that it was embarrassing to have company over! They win the prize for being the worst lawn service in town!

I had the opportunity to watch them work today and they worked non-stop and did a superb job. My lawn always looks great.
