Milton decided to take our beautiful Palm tree and lay it on our house leaving us with a dangerous situation! Being new to the area we searched online for a local tree expert with lots of experience. We came across Daytona Tree Service and called immediately. Alex the owner answered the phone and told me he would be over that day. He should up and gave me a great price and said he would take care of it the very next day. The next day he showed up with a crane and a crew and went straight to work. He was safe as to not cause more damage to the house by carefully getting the tree off the house. The crane did the trick too.

All I have to say is I was very impressed with his abilities, and the removal was safe!
Alex came back the next day to grind the stump, cleaned up, after all was completed and our yard looks like it never even happened.

Best spot for firewood, got some oak for an outdoor oven. Just picked up some beautiful fresh cut cedar boards to build garden beds. Cool owner too.

If you care about your trees then Alex is who you want to do the trimming because he loves trees. He leaves what is necessary for them to continue looking beautiful and healthy. Some people will butcher a tree with no thought given to growing structure. Not Alex, I highly recommend his team for your tree trimming and oh yes Jael is a master on that crane, she can lift a tree right over the top of the house and make the hair stand up on the back of your neck. Best tree crew in South Daytona

After hurricane Milton I just had a small job, but needed it done in a timely manner. I was very pleased that they were able to work me into their busy schedule and charged me a very fair price. 5 stars!

Alex done a Great job, he came by with his tree equipment and cut down the remainder of a tree and grind a bunch of stumps in my back yard. All in a timely manner and clean up behind himself, I really appreciate The Great work!

Firewood:
Alex gave a quote to me on November 9th
Was to deliver the weekend of November 14th, was a no show, nor ph call he wasn't delivering.
Called him again..., on December 3rd, told me he would deliver next day(Wed-gave no specific time)
He sent a text in the afternoon, $225.00, do you need it stacked
Sorry, on November 9th you gave me a price($150.00 and $20.00 to deliver)
Hmmmm...
Sorry Alex, I don't do Business this way. Neither should you

Tree cutting crew was great. Then the owner Mike contracted a stump grinding guy. I was warned by my neighbors to watch the guy who stump grinds for Mike. This old stump grinding guy was terrible. He did a terrible job by going to fast and burning up his bearing twice. Leaving my job unfinished. I had beg and argue with Mike to get his stump grinder back to finish the job I paid for. The stump guy came out and did a terrible job and left. I got his debris pile removed and he left about 40% of 1 stump and all the roots are showing. I called a actual stump grinding company to see Mike's finished job. They said Mike's guy only went down 10" from the top of the mulch pile which just touched the actual surface of the stump. They said they see this a lot from contracted crews. Now the new quote from the professionals is $1200 to perform the job correctly so I can plant in these areas. I contacted Mike to ask for his email so that I can send him to new quote to get the job completed like he promised me. Mike at this point has not responded. So I am leaving my review since I have to get the done right. Mike told me his guy would go down 10-12" I thought that meant below the surface. His stump guy just touched surface after creating the debris pile.
