Gorgeous and large new location with plenty of plants to choose from, excellent service and help from the staff to find what fits my needs. It’s a pleasure strolling through the different areas, and if you’re like me and don’t like shopping, but love plants, then you’ll be loading up, because the prices are very reasonable. I’ll be back to load up once our house is remodeled and it’s time to create our garden haven. Can’t wait!

So we went there today to take advantage of their 4th of July BOGO sale. The “owner” I’m assuming, was at the front but NOT at all welcoming. She was extremely RUDE, no hello, welcome or anything like that.
We talked to a couple of employees Austin and I didn’t catch the other gentleman’s name (raises beef in Pierson though) who were very helpful and explained a lot. Now we’re not 1st timers to nurseries as we spend many weekends and $$$ at nurseries. What got us here was the sign located on 95 south. Our family was very disappointed in this out of our way trip.
The sale which is understandable 1, 3 and 7 gallon pots, but not trees or palms. OK fair enough. But when the owner comes over after an employee confirmed which plants were excluded, she then decides OH NO THAT’s excluded. Now mind you there are NO SIGNS regarding these “special” rules.
Also 2 different plants of the same size and type were quoted to be “Teddy Bear” cactus at $150. after my son picked up the pot to ask a price and it fell over. 😣 It was on a table of cheaper flowers and had NO SIGN. I later asked about another on the SAME table and I was quoted $100. Maybe because I didn’t touch it. But the problem is it’s NOT a Teddy Bear cactus it’s actually an “Old Man Cactus” valued at about $45.
BUYER BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM RUDE PEOPLE.
So I give it 1 star and not zero because of the employees.
Will NEVER return, lesson learned.

And the owner’s response just validates my post. No remorse or defense at all because she realizes I speak the truth and we are good people. I guess that explains there was only one other person for this marvelous 4th of July sale.

Great selection of large tropical palms and plants. Best I've found in the area. Bought some 15 gal Areca Palms a few weeks ago and they are doing great. They have a nice selection of flowers too.

Great selection and wide variety. They have both indoor and outdoor plants/trees.
Today was my first visit and I’m glad I found a good nursery. Barbara was sweet and respectful toward me. She’s very knowledgeable. She answered all and any questions I had to my satisfaction.
I will definitely be going back and would recommend to others 😊

I visited here two days in a row, and asked a million questions to Barbara, Austin, Tommy, and Vinny before deciding on a good plant/flower for my space. Each person I encountered that worked here was exceptionally kind, friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. There was never any pressure to purchase anything, they seemed to truly care about finding me the perfect plant for my situation. I found beautiful flowers to liven up my outdoor area. Every plant here was well taken care of and were so much healthier than those that can be found at the big name stores. I’m so thankful I found this place, it’s so unique, and I look forward to repeated business with The Farm.

The wife of the owner is very rude and they could care less about helping their customers. Their property is also a swamp! We asked about specific plants and she just told us it’s in the back corner. Never once offered to show us or assist or help us get back there to get the plants, even though they have plenty of off-road vehicles.
They made me, my husband and our two young children walk all the way to the back end of their lot, encountering huge, muddy puddles to get the plants ourselves with a pull cart. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place at all costs.
Check out Butcher’s Nursery in Daytona. I would rather drive out of my way to go to Butcher’s, where they have healthier plants and trees, go out of their way to help you pick out your plants, give you tons of helpful advice and will even load your purchases into your vehicle AND they do it with the utmost customer service!

***UPDATE: You’re absolutely wrong. I am not affiliated with any other nursery or company actually. Just speaking the truth about my experience at Butcher’s vs. “The Farm” and letting others know not to waste their time coming to your horrible excuse of a business. Figured a dose of humbling would help you to see the rude attitude problem that so many other reviewers have brought up but I was definitely wrong.
