I ordered a crape myrtle for my aunt for her birthday in January. It took almost 2 months to get in the red variety that she wanted. Fast forward to July and the tree finally blooms but the flowers are pink, not red. I contacted Becks to let them know the tree my aunt had been diligently nurturing and watering for the past months was unfortunately not what I ordered. It took a few weeks but they finally brought out a new tree today. My aunt is very pleased that she now has two beautiful trees in her front garden. Yes it was a little hiccup but they corrected their mistake. Thank you, Becks Nursery!!

I always enjoyed going to Beck's until recently. A little over a year ago I purchased 2 robellini palms for my front yard. I had their people plant them and give me instructions on care. Now have 1 very healthy palm and 1 with 2 trunks dying. I called and asked Beck's what they thought could be causing it. I have fertilized and watered religiously. I was told to take pics and send them. Mrs.Beck, through her office staff, told me that I needed to fertilize and water after I told them the care I had given the palms. I wasn't satisfied with that answer so I waited a few days and called again. Penny said she must have deleted the pictures and asked me to resend them and she would have a field personnel look at them. No reply. So I called again and got the fertilizer and water answer again. Then I asked for a plant installer to come look at them and was told they were short handed and couldn't come. Penny then said she would contact a guy who does work on the side to come. No word from him either. So I have a dying robellini that looks like crap in my yard and no answers. Will never buy anything from this company again nor will I recommend them. Their customer service is to say the least very poor.

I came in looking for some plants for my mother's landscape. The coral honeysuckle were beautiful and at a great price. We've since transplanted them, and they're really taking off! Will be coming back 🙂

Is it possible for a nursery to restore your faith in humanity? It sure is!! If you need a plant and a pick-me-up, head on over to Beck’s, for real. Customer service was top notch - Everyone was incredibly helpful and treated me like a friend. Jeremy found exactly what I was looking for, and was super knowledgeable about the home care of my new palm. (He even gave me tips and trick on how to take care of some of the other landscape issues we were having thanks to our demon dog.) Jason was super personable, and went out of his way to make sure I was well taken care of and that I left happy. Seriously, this place was the best, my family and I will never go anywhere else for our outdoor needs. Also can’t wait to try out their restaurant - if it matches their good plant vibes, we’re customers for life. There truly are still good people in the world!

I visited Beck's and they were able to quickly provide me a quote for my landscaping and installation. The price was half of what we thought we would spend. They quickly came to install the new landscaping and it looks great! I am so happy with the outcome of our project and although it was a small budget they were great to work with!
