This an updated review. B & R Took the time to hear my concerns. They proactively contacted the management company of my condo. Which did nothing to follow up on the dead shrubs in the image displayed. I have reached out again to the management and the president of the association to resolve. Thank you Tilly and Jeff for taking the time to explain. Your diligent follow up is appreciated.

I now understand why our condo board prefers B and R industries.

Can't recommend this company enough. Had a different company come out and try to charge me $1300 for a new pump and timer. B & R came out and realized the pump was fine, it was the wiring. Cost me a fraction of what the other company was going to charge me. And they could of easily told me the pump was broken and charged me the full price. Very honest and polite staff. Would never use anyone else.

They damaged my fence in 3 places with their lawnmower. After sending them the photos, they ignored my calls and emails for over 1 month just to say that there is no evidence they did the damage. I had a fence company come out to give me an estimate to fix it and they said they have seen this very often and the damage is consistent with the lawnmowers hitting the fence and was surprised they were denying responsibility.
My community used a different lawn service for several years and they had damaged my fence and other homeowners fences in the community on a few occasions and every time they fixed the damage within a couple weeks with no issues.
Myself and many of my neighbors are not happy with this company and are working on getting a more reputable company.

I just want to say that I have been a customer of B&R industries for about 6 years and everything was great until they came to do a job for me. There were 2 people here for about 2 1/2 hours. OK, they said there were three guys here, I never saw a third guy, but ok, I went with that. I received a bill for $831.30. They are trying to tell me that there was 12 hours of labor. OMG NO WAY, NOT EVEN CLOSE. I paid them $440 for 6.15 hr which is definitely more than they were here. I tried calling several times to discuss this issue and was never called back. Four months later, they are coming after me for the balance of that bill. Also, I tipped them very well. BE KIND TO PEOPLE WHO SUPPORT YOU. So very disappointed. Going to BBB. Well that didn't work, they are not registered with BBB.

This company installed a new irrigation system for about 75% of our yard about 4 years ago and have done several repairs and tweaks since them, mostly in the areas where no replacement was done. They are very responsive and Alex, he must be our personal repair professional by now, is the best. We are so glad that we found them those years ago and we use them exclusively now. Thanks B & R.
