Garrett did a great job with our backyard, he laid out the plan and was able to adjust things so it could fit within our budget. Garrett and his team have been frustrating to work with. The majority of the project came out well, but he seems to be running more of a sales organization than a business. We agreed on a few ideas that looked good in pictures, but they could not execute. Promises made to fix and remediate took forever to execute, and once payment was made, Garrett who was at first responsive and easily accessible, then was impossible to get ahold of. It has now been 4 months and I have given up on the last major item - going with another company and having to pay twice for that portion of the project since Garrett will not refund. So while I am happy with the outcome overall, I have dramatically overpaid for what ended up getting completed, and overpaid for ongoing maintenance during that time as well. I have discontinued my relationship and would not recommend, nor re-hire for future work.
