We have been using Mystique for 2 years now. Noah redesigned our landscape into what feels like a resort. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. We also use them for weekly maintenance. A meeting was made to discuss upgrading ideas for my home. Excited about my choices...,
I I specifically asked for a bed of flowers to fill the front portion of my yard. Well,I did not get it! Instead, I have 3 separated,sad little plants, scattered and looking pitiful! Everything else in the yard looks beautiful..!
I had one of the landscapers ask me a question about the plans... I could not understand him- due to broken English. If this landscaper was unsure, and had Questions pertaining to the landscaping job, why didn’t he call his team for an answer?
I had gone shopping, while the team landscaped my yard. Once I returned home,I DID NOT SEE A BED OF FLOWERS!
I called in to explain about the missing bed of flowers…
A request was made, for me to send pictures of my yard. I did that! An apology was made.
I rescheduled for the landscapers to come back to complete the job.
Later that day, I checked my phone and saw a text, stating that her landscaping team said, that
YOU planted the 3 plants!!!!
OH, NOW I’M BEING LIED ON...!!
I HIRED YOUR LANDSCAPING TEAM...
DIGGING UP DIRT, IS NOT FOR ME...!
At This point, I was totally upset and confused?
I texted back and I ended up canceling everything!
I refuse to have a team of liars come back to my home, no way! unprofessional!!!
If possible, I would rate this company a ZERO!!!!!

Noah is an amazing landscape designer. I shared my vision of what I wanted my patio to look like and he turned my vision into a reality. He created a beautiful oasis that I could spend my time in and invite friends over to. His crew is efficient and thorough. I can’t say enough about how much I love the job Mystique did to my home. Their eye for design the selection of trees and shrubs and the attention to detail from design to install and maintenance is second to none!
