I LOVE my new turf! The process only took 2 days and I couldn’t be happier with my new backyard. I went from having dirt and weeds to having a beautiful, lush, green backyard. I did a DIY artificial grass project and purchased Vivid 30 from here. Great price and quality is surprisingly good.
They delivered the gigantic 900 square foot roll to my house. I asked the two guys (sorry forgot names since this was months ago) to help me bring it to my backyard. They said absolutely and smiled, although I knew they just died inside when I asked. We managed to carry it back there with the help of one of my neighbors.
One of the turf grass guys almost got crushed to death on the side of the house as we were maneuvering but he took it like a champ.
As for my DIY, everything came out perfect. It was probably the second worst experience of my life though (prepping, installation, etc) First being popcorn ceiling removal and third being my combat deployment to Iraq.
Bottom line, have them install it for you. You only save a small percentage in costs over time and it will take you months to get it done.

Shawn was great! Had us measured and quoted within an hour of his call, and they started work very fast! Joe and crew were awesome! Explained each step, did a great install and cleaned up as though they were never there. Would highly recommend!

I cannot express how happy I am. So perhaps a couple of pics will do it for me (1 before, 2 after). This has been the best decision I have made for the yard. Wife, kids and dog love it. Not to mention, it has held up to the torrential downpours we have had perfectly.
