Called 5 companies for new sod & plants in the backyard of our group home in Saint Petersburg . 3 called back/answered the phone and gave me quotes. Quality controlled offered the lowest quote and already had a vision for it (since I did not). We had to have the project completed while we were out of town without cell service and they ran into some issues with our irrigation system. They had someone come out and replace some valves and fix a couple other things. Long story short, we came back in town and our backyard looks like an oasis. I switched to quality controlled for regular maintenance as well and they are 10x better than the last 2 regular maintenance people I used.

The guys at Q.C are phenomenal. From the estimate down to job completion it was a five star experience and if I could give a higher rating I would. I called Jay out to come take a look at my grass to see if there was anything i could do to get it looking good and green again. After giving me a price I couldn’t refuse the guys got to work and did the sod work. Within weeks I had the best lawn on my street. I refer these guys to everyone I know and will have them coming biweekly to continue maintaining our lawn. Professional service. Amazing prices. And overall just a solid company. Most people just want your money. These guys actually care!!

Quality Controlled Lawns and Landscape is the very best lawn service we have ever used. Even the neighbors are commenting on how beautiful our lawn is. The care and trimming of the rest of the yard is improving every week. Jay , the owner, is so easy to work with. No one has ever made our yard so nice. We highly recommend Jay and his crew.
