I found Tree Drop via Christmas tree searches online in the Orlando area. Previously I had used a company to have the tree shipped to me which I then set up. Tree Drop gave me a bigger tree at 8 ft and does the labor of delivery and setup and takedown for just a bit over the cost of the tree mail service.

Tree Drop notified me before the delivery several times via email and text until the moment the tree arrived in a Tree Drop marked van. I spoke to Jerry and found his story compelling about how he started the company and grew it over 7 years. It's a great entrepreneur success story!!

Jerry cut the stump of the 8 ft tree to maintain a fresh edge to increase water absorption. He wrapped the tree in a custom tree carrying tarp and brought it into the house for mounting. He used our Krinner tree holder without any assistance and set the tree straight. Afterwards he had a bottle of water ready to fill the Krinner tree holder. The tree was excellent. Jerry showed us the freshness of the tree by tugging slightly on the needles and showing they did not come off easily. We could not be happier with the quality of the tree. Jerry used his Makita vacuum to clean any loose pine needles on the floor and left the house very clean and tidy. My parents were very happy with the tree and service Jerry provided. We even got a fantastic Chocolate Chip cookie from Tree Drop Santa!! Thank you Tree Drop and Jerry for giving us a wonderful Christmas tree to act as the decorative centerpiece during the upcoming holiday season. I'm sure everyone will enjoy this beautiful Christmas tree.

Expert care great value and fantastic customer service highly recommend them Jerry and his team were on time with 2 tarped trees - promptly put the fresh trees up - it was such a great experience then and even better was the removal! Happy is working with tree drop!

Tree Drop was amazing! I highly recommend to all my family, friends and those in the area! Jerry was professional, and so kind. He brought the tree in on a bag so no needles were tracked in and even wore booties over his boots. After setting up the tree, he made sure it was perfectly straight and even vacuumed up around the area and watered the tree. I will use them every year! ?

This company is amazing! They are fast, friendly, clean, and deliver a beautiful tree. I did their Christmas tree pick up option, as well. Easy to schedule and so nice to not have to worry about taking the tree down when you live in a high rise especially. I also got a tree stand and a wreath. The wreath is huge and beautiful. The tree was top quality and exactly what i had hoped for. Will definitely use them again. They are so professional even around crazy puppies trying to distract them lol … ps. he asked me to take the photo- i otherwise would have helped & i also gave him replacement shoe coverings lol.

Received my 11' 2023 tree today. Its our second year using this service and David and Jerry are two great guys. This is an amazing small business that comes with Christmas cheer in the form of having a top quality tree you wont find at the local lots delivered and installed in your tree stand. Skip the tying a tree to the top of your vehicle. Once you experience this service you'll want to reorder for the next year as soon as possible (they do sell out)

Tree Drop is fabulous. This was my 4th time getting my tree from them. They deliver as promised, set it up, clean up any needles, and are pleasant and friendly the whole time. Then on the agreed to day, they return and reverse the process, again cleaning up all the needles. My trees have all been spectacular. No driving around to a number of lots, no wrestling with getting tree on and off my car, into my house, and out to the curb. Already planning for next Christmas. This one was 6' standard, may have to go with 7' narrow.

Tree Drop is amazing! My family and I arrived on Christmas Morning for a Disney Holiday vacation. I wanted to surprise everyone with a tree to decorate for our Airbnb and Jerry was able to deliver! Super easy to order online and we were in communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend their services if you live in the Orlando area, or will be celebrating Christmas at Disney.

First of alllllll!! They delivered a cookie from Santa once I opened the door. The spiritttt is hereee. Wow! Amazing service! Quick and efficient. The tree looks perfect in our living room. 2 gentlemen came in with shoe covers.. shoe covers guysssss!! Talk about thoughtfulness. Their own vacuum to clean up after trimming the tree to set up ? happy holidays! Thank you for making our Christmas possible
